Oh, just a bit of fun this evening. President Obama was talking military issues at Camp Pendleton today when he referenced his wife’s and Dr. Jill Biden’s work on behalf of military families, only he couldn’t remember one of their names. Better Jill than Michelle, I suppose:
And, on Jay Leno’s show last night, the president showed a great interest in deepening the nation’s ports, but not a lot of geographical aptitude.
If we don’t deepen our ports all along the Gulf — places like Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah, Georgia, or Jacksonville, Florida — if we don’t do that, those ships are going to go someplace else. And we’ll lose jobs. Businesses won’t locate here.
Yes, one could assume for the president that he meant “along the Gulf” AND “places like Charleston…Savannah…Jacksonville,” none of which are on the Gulf of Mexico, just as we all would have assumed that’s what George W. Bush meant in a moment of misspeaking, right?

Well... when the premier King of the Idiots speaks to his idiot supporters, who is to judge if the King of the Idiots is wrong or right on basic 3rd grade geography facts?
Isn’t he afraid that if we deepen the ports along the Gulf of Bermuda that it will lower the level of the ocean? Maybe the earth will tip over if we remove all that sand. Where is the Solomon like wisdom of Hank Johnson when the nation so desperately calls out his name?

The AP (and MSM generally) are always anxious to give this retart a reach-around when needed. Unapproved politicians, on the other hand, receive a spotlight and ridicule.
But Obama is brilliant.
Obama is a good reflection of the younger generation in America. Absolutely nothing is ever his fault or a consequence of his actions. It is always someone else fault. He is adored by everyone who thinks they are a victim and that they are entitled by their very existence to be handed success. Almost forgot - and you’re all racist if you think something is his fault.

OTOH, my high school age girls aren't too swift when it comes to geography...
Now we can all travel the 57 states on the intercontinental railroad and visit those scenic gulf coast ports of Charleston, Savannah and Jacksonville. Who could ever have imagined that Obama would expand our possibilities is such dramatic fashion.

Nothing proves the extreme bias of the MSM like their treatment of Dan Quayle for one slip up on “potatoe” (mostly caused by a teacher), and how they constantly threw that up as long as he was in the public eye, and now how they ignore, never even acknowledge, the unending gaffs and ignorant statements that come from the mouths of Obama and Biden.

I’ve always wondered why the poor schmo who got gypped out of his rightfully earned position as president of the Harvard Law Review, has never come forward. I suppose he went on to become successful & is a liberal himself.
