BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A man is brutally attacked by a group of teens in Little Italy. Police say four of the attackers are in custody. Three of them are juveniles. ...
The suspects range in age from 16 to 19, but police say because of the brutality of the crime, the minors aren’t being charged lightly.
“The fact that they broke this gentleman’s jaw, the decision was made and they are going to be charged as adults,” said Sgt. Eric Kowalczyk, Baltimore City Police.

While “white” America continues to call out the profilers that look at skin/attire/attitude to change, when will “black” America start to call out the violent thugs to change?
Kinda like that “when will moderate muslims castigate the violent jihadists” questions.

I see now the Zimmerman thing was more an attempt to stiffle counter attacks against the flies of society but fortunately it did not work even though some jackass juror recently said she voted not guilty only because there was no evidence to convict. So, the show trial did not work. I hope the paisanos in Baltimore take some vengence here.

The mob attack or mob rob phenomenon is so popular among the "teens" because it increases their chance at success by sheer numbers, and increases their chance at getting away by confusion.
That's why I propose that the laws be changed to make a mob member liable for all members of the mob. Thus, if it can be proven that ten people attacked but only one was caught, then that one person will be charged with ten counts. It's then that mob members choice -- he can turn in the other mob members to lessen his total charges or he can take an extended stay in prion for his boys.
If he doesn't know the other mob members and thus cannot provide information to turn them in -- tough. May that be his lessen for participating in mob activity. We have to make the punishment for mob attacks as harsh as possible or they will continue.

That would be correct. Today I’d like to see them do someting like this to someone in the Russian Mafia. Frankly, the Italians were amatures compared to them.
Should be the number in the mob times the maximum penalty for sentencing, for instance, 10 X 15 years, + the addition of hate crime penalties, which should double the sentence, or (10 x 15 years) time 2 = 300 years.

Have you ever been to Little Italy section of Baltimore? It is near Fell’s Point and the Inner Harbor...both tourist and nightlife areas. Unfortunately, there are no razor-wire fences to keep the ferals out of the areas. Beware if you wander around those areas (especially at night). Black ferals await you.
