Have you ever been to Little Italy section of Baltimore? It is near Fell’s Point and the Inner Harbor...both tourist and nightlife areas. Unfortunately, there are no razor-wire fences to keep the ferals out of the areas. Beware if you wander around those areas (especially at night). Black ferals await you. I have friends in Ellicott City and pitty them because they have to live near that place and worse in Md.

There was a time, though, that ruffians knew better than to cause trouble in Little Italy. I have no idea if it is true, but I remember hearing often when I was young that the mafia protected Little Italy. During the race riots of 1969, Little Italy was not touched.
