U.S. Olympic boxer Terrell Gausha is so disgusted over the George Zimmerman verdict ... he's vowing to never sport the red, white and blue again.
Gausha -- who boxed in the 2012 London Summer Games -- started wearing the American flag on his boxing trunks after his Olympic run ... but tells TMZ he's done with that now in the wake of Zimmerman's acquittal in the killing of Trayvon Martin.

Mine came down around 1900 PST on 11/6/2012 and only goes up for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans day. Other than that is rests comfortably in the closet. Hopefully it will fly with the honor again some day. (Not that the flag is not honorable)

It’s really sad that I am becoming ashamed of so many of my fellow Americans.. I am dismayed that so many of them are Black, and their attitude toward our country, and that is a new phenomenon for me..
As for this young man that has been awarded the honor to carry our National Colors into an International venue is especially unacceptable.. His statements should immediately disqualify him from that honor..
