A man who says he was jogging alongside of a road when three black men abducted and beat him claims the alleged attack was in retaliation for George Zimmermans acquittal, police in Senatobia, Miss. told Fox News.
Police Chief Steve Holts told Fox News the alleged victim, who is white, was jogging Sunday night along Highway 51 when, he said, the suspects pulled over and ordered him to get inside their car.
One of them asked, Do you know who Trayvon Martin was? Holts quoted the man as saying. At that point, the men in the vehicle allegedly attacked him.

It is not true that blacks are violent.
I forsee future murder trials of a black defendant and white victim, where the jury is made up of mostly Blacks just as in the OJ trial. And the result will be the same. The verdict will be not guilty and considered payback for Travon Martin.
Interview: William Hodgman
As assistant district attorney for the city of Los Angeles, Willliam Hodgman was one of the lead prosecutors, arguing pretrial motions and working on the jury selection process.
How do you explain the images of the black community rejoicing at the O.J. acquittal?
I think it can be summed up in four words: payback for Rodney King.
The afternoon after the verdicts came in, I was in my office, and after having spent time briefly with the Brown family, more time with the Goldman family, attempting to console them as well as console the junior members of our own team who were quite distraught over the verdicts, ... there was a knock at the door, and a couple deputy sheriffs came in. They had been with the group of deputies who had transported the jurors who had been sequestered out to a sheriff substation to be released back to their loved ones and boyfriends and others. And they described the scene as joyous, high-fiving, smiles, laughter, hugs. And these two deputies told me, they said: “Bill, you guys never had a chance. We were standing there in the parking lot, and all we could hear was, ‘That was payback for Rodney King. That was payback for Rodney King.’”
As assistant district attorney for the city of Los Angeles, Willliam Hodgman was one of the lead prosecutors, arguing pretrial motions and working on the jury selection process. However, in late January 1995, he took on a less prominent role due to health reasons. In this interview, he explains the prosecution’s reasons for making Simpson’s domestic violence a key part of their case — and one that had little impact on the jury — as well as their decision to use Detective Mark Fuhrman, despite knowing about his previous racist remarks. Hodgman discusses how, in retrospect, he might have handled the case differently, but feels that it probably would have mattered little in the end. He believes the public, and possibly the jurors, were seeking “payback.” “This is cognitive dissonance: this feeling, this sentiment that somehow the score was going to be even by acquitting O.J.,” Hodgman tells FRONTLINE. “I have no idea if those jurors felt that maybe O.J. did it, but that they were simply going to let him go — a jury nullification — or, if they really carefully deliberated and felt that somehow the evidence was inadequate.” This interview was conducted on April 4, 2005.
What was the O.J. Simpson trial all about? Was this just a murder trial, or was it something else as well?
... I’ve often likened the O.J. Simpson case to a perfect storm, a crashing together of these external

Thanks for linking that.
“Justice (sic) for Trayvon” will be whatever they say it is, at any level, for years to come ... Stay well.
Or a white Hispanic.
If Holder pursues Civil Rights charges against GZ, then he needs to be pressured to go after all the thugs in cases likes this, which truly fit the definition of a hate crime.
Blacks are peaceful.
if you don’t believe that, they will beat and/or kill you.
Color me skeptical. Story may be true, but to me it sounds a lot like the stuff we keep hearing over and over again from the “poor downtrodden” gay or black or whatever group that wants attention. As we all know, these stories usually end up with the prosecution of the “victim” for the false reporting of a crime.
No, but Trayvons are and this country is full of Trayvons from the White House on down.
These are the times. He should have been armed, and there should be three more Trayvons.
If TM had not assaulted Z he would not have been shot.Z would not have allowed a blond blue eyed white man named Sven to beat him to death. If Sven in a hoodie were looking into houses in the rain Z would have tracked him just as he did TM.
And they’ll whup your ass if you say they are.
I remember about a two year period when a jury with any black member would not convict a black defendant of any crime against a white person, including murder.
Did that ever stop?
It seems to have. I know it did locally.
So I picked another thread on Zimmerman aquittal aftermath, just to respond to your point concerning "who does the choosing":
Quite right --- "you" or "I" have, perhaps, never chosen abortion, random sex hookups, porn, adultery, luring our poorer neighbors into permanent unemployment and degrading dependency, the regulatory extermination of small business, extrajudicial killing by executive order, the erection of a colossal kleptocracy, the fascist control of the major institutions of society by centralized government --- a great many things --- and yet here it is to crush us and our children unto the 3rd or 4th generaton.
When a society as a whole chooses well, everyone in that society benefits, even the ne'er-do-wells; and when a society as a whole chooses badly, the whole society suffers, even the just.
So, even if one may be uncertain that God -- who is just --- levies punishments upon the good and the bad alike, still, natural and logical consequences very often are collective and intergenerational.
Peaceful like Islam.
I'm skeptical that it was really a drug deal gone south and that the Zimmerman case had nothing to do with it. At this point, anything anyone from the government says is a lie until otherwise proven true. Government folks deserve our disbelief.
Anyway, I daresay that the problem isn't that folks sin. Folks have been committing all those sins and more since somewhere shortly after the Fall, I figure (except the ones that require more technologically-advanced societies, but even still).
The problem, I think, is in the cultural embrace of sin. What is bringing judgment is not that some woman in duress seeks and obtains abortion, or some teenager - or grown man - looks at a Playboy or the modern equivalent thereof. Folks have been taking advantage of the poor, governments have, from time to time, in place to place, even in these United States, acted corruptly, greedily, etc.
I don't think that's what is bringing judgment.
What is bringing judgment is calling good evil and calling evil good. What is bringing judgment is that a nation that once had abortion forced upon it is now very accepting of abortion, at least in the early part of pregnancy. What is bringing judgment is not that homosexuals like to go to bathhouses. It's that now they do so with the approbation of the law, with the endorsement of the culture, "not that there's anything wrong with it," or so goes the trope. It's not that the government does dirty deeds, spies on its citizens, whacks its citizens, it's that the government does these things WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE ELECTORATE.
I agree with you that the innocent suffer with the guilty. That's how it is. It is precisely the natural and logical consequences, as well as the spiritual consequences, not so much of individual sins for which people are sorry and recognize as sins, but rather of a society that has come to be structured around the exaltation of the human degradation of sin.
