It was gruesome.
Thats how one witness described what happened in Oakland on Monday night when pro-Trayvon Martin protesters attacked a local restaurant. The gruesome description is specifically referring to the part where a waiter at that restaurant stood up to one of the protesters and was pummeled in the face with a hammer-like object because of it.
Protesters with black masks approached the window and tried to bang at it, bartender Phillip Ricafort told the Oakland Tribune. (The waiter) said, Dont do that! and the guy turned around and smacked him in the face with a hammer.

For Obama, this is terrorism (yes, islamic terrorism) by proxy, by agency.
It doesn't matter who it is that terrorizes...it just matters that the country IS terrorized and weakened.
A weaker, shakier country makes it just that much easier for islam to make inroads.
And the communists are also beneficiaries of these protests and of terrorism in general. They too need the system weakened.
It is funny how none in the Black community notice how important it is to the Communist agenda to keep blacks poor and illiterate. They are easier to manipulate when they can't even read cursive and are dependent on government handouts. Just toss them a free phone and some other stuff, and you have their vote in the next election. And they can be provoke to riot on cue when the time is right.
These are Obama’s kids.
Prayers up for this brave waiter.
Store owners in that area should have a 12 guage and lots of shotshells handy. Buckshot.
A waiter in a private business taking a hammer, A HAMMER, to the face? The person who did this is an animal and needs to be put down.
Obama’s America..and if that waiter had a gun and shot the prick he would probably be in jail right now for defending himself
I forsee future murder trials of a black defendant and white victim, where the jury is made up of mostly Blacks just as in the OJ trial. And the result will be the same. The verdict will be not guilty and considered payback for Travon Martin.
Interview: William Hodgman
As assistant district attorney for the city of Los Angeles, Willliam Hodgman was one of the lead prosecutors, arguing pretrial motions and working on the jury selection process.
How do you explain the images of the black community rejoicing at the O.J. acquittal?
I think it can be summed up in four words: payback for Rodney King.
The afternoon after the verdicts came in, I was in my office, and after having spent time briefly with the Brown family, more time with the Goldman family, attempting to console them as well as console the junior members of our own team who were quite distraught over the verdicts, ... there was a knock at the door, and a couple deputy sheriffs came in. They had been with the group of deputies who had transported the jurors who had been sequestered out to a sheriff substation to be released back to their loved ones and boyfriends and others. And they described the scene as joyous, high-fiving, smiles, laughter, hugs. And these two deputies told me, they said: “Bill, you guys never had a chance. We were standing there in the parking lot, and all we could hear was, ‘That was payback for Rodney King. That was payback for Rodney King.’”
As assistant district attorney for the city of Los Angeles, Willliam Hodgman was one of the lead prosecutors, arguing pretrial motions and working on the jury selection process. However, in late January 1995, he took on a less prominent role due to health reasons. In this interview, he explains the prosecution’s reasons for making Simpson’s domestic violence a key part of their case — and one that had little impact on the jury — as well as their decision to use Detective Mark Fuhrman, despite knowing about his previous racist remarks. Hodgman discusses how, in retrospect, he might have handled the case differently, but feels that it probably would have mattered little in the end. He believes the public, and possibly the jurors, were seeking “payback.” “This is cognitive dissonance: this feeling, this sentiment that somehow the score was going to be even by acquitting O.J.,” Hodgman tells FRONTLINE. “I have no idea if those jurors felt that maybe O.J. did it, but that they were simply going to let him go — a jury nullification — or, if they really carefully deliberated and felt that somehow the evidence was inadequate.” This interview was conducted on April 4, 2005.
What was the O.J. Simpson trial all about? Was this just a murder trial, or was it something else as well?
... I’ve often likened the O.J. Simpson case to a perfect storm, a crashing together of these external

people, including one juvenile, on misdemeanor and felony charges ranging from assault with a deadly weapon to vandalism.”
“Of the nine suspects arrested, three were Oakland residents, according to Oakland police Officer Johnna Watson.”

Bet this is by professional outside Commie/Anarchist agitators. OBOTS
No. Buckshot is for wimps. Mo betta:
The .65 cal ball leads and goes right through a leather jacket.
You know, if the waiter was Gay - we could watch an episode of “Dueling Minorities”.
The city will probably reward the rioters in the form of additional outreach and programs to funnel more money to the minorities. The crackers will get to pay for it all, of course.
These leftist mad dogs of every color have been emboldened for fifty years. It is time to speak up to them. America is finally seeing what has been growing like a cancer for the past 40 to 50 years. Even low information voters are starting to see what is happening.
The election of Barack Hussein Obama is the both the peak and the beginning of the end of the leftists’ agenda. They reached the top of the mountain when they elected Obama and now they are showing their true colors in everything they do. Rest assured many Americans who have not been paying much attention or have been trusting the main stream media have just had their eyes opened.
“Fortunately Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Area has strict gun control, and the activist was unharmed.”
I can see more than a few in the Bay Area more concerned about how the blunt object survived the encounter than concerned about the innocent waiter.
More than that, the City of Oakland, Berkley, University of California (entirety), BART, Richmond, Alameda County and San Francisco, punish, demote, suspend, fire and prosecute police officers and deputies that take the most minor enforcement actions against Negro thug criminals and Occupy rioters.
It is indicative of the subservience to Marxists of the law enforcement community that they just don't quit and tell the slime politicians running these municipalities to deal with the rioters themselves.
The waiter may be partly at fault if he was intelligent enough to evaluate the character of his community and he chose to stay there and go out amongst them.
I can confirm that you are correct.
The prosecution would be particularly vicious, and the police would bend over backwards to assist the prosecutor.
“The waiter may be partly at fault if he was intelligent enough to evaluate the character of his community and he chose to stay there and go out amongst them.”
As Americans, all of America is ours. Maybe then, by that line of thought, he should have just moved out of the country entirely?
Oak waiter: “I just couldn’t picture another person looking a person in the eye & cracking him in the face w/ a hammer”
We dont live in the United States of America anymore, its mob rule, and the Obama Administration has given the green light to all blacks that its OK to harm as many white people as possible
None of the stinking media reporting this. No. I haven’t seen this on FOX either.
