That’s just an excuse.
If we complied with that “restriction”, the next beatdowns would be for “he wouldn’t look at me”.

I think she threw that out because it would mean more defense time in court and she wans to get rid of this case and let it go to appeal.

The news cast I just heard in the break of the Rush show said she is still considering the “child abuse” farce!!!

You think it could be 5-1 for acquittal. I would just hope 5-1 for conviction would be the best we could expect. It is Florida.

Not sure about heresay, but what about the phone and internet postings, or did Nelson rule against them, before she was for them, but not before she was against them again?
Are FL judges elected? Or do they (and any relatives) just make contributions to the appropriate branch in power?

Female jurors = Emotions trump the law. But I see a hung jury though.. That’s when the DOJ steps in and the threat of domestic terrorism by the black community escalates.

I hope the judge is prepared to take the heat - The Obama Regime won’t like this decision.

You’re right; Scott is just one of a long line of GOP traitors. Not much better than his silly predecessor

I think an all female jury would be inclined to acquit based on the simple fact that most women would appreciate a neighborhood watch guy protecting their homes and vicinity.
They have got to be asking themselves what is a marijuana induced teenager doing wandering around a gated community?

It’s all a ruse. It was planned that way. The prosecution asked for that charge simply for judge pain in the face to throw it out making her look fair. There was nothing fair about this judge or this trial.

If she decides to accept the ‘child abuse’ charge, then she is going against her own ruling of throwing it out. Please ping me any updates, thanks.

Yeah, good point -
a good question would be - would you want someone like Zim watching your neighborhood if you or your daughters were out walking alone. Would you want him to check on someone like Trayvon?
