You think it could be 5-1 for acquittal. I would just hope 5-1 for conviction would be the best we could expect. It is Florida.
I think an all female jury would be inclined to acquit based on the simple fact that most women would appreciate a neighborhood watch guy protecting their homes and vicinity.
