I would say that’s double jeopardy and not allowed under the constitution. But with this bunch anything is possible.

other than the medical report, was there any non-heresay evidence as to age?
This would be so reversable as to question this judges right to a legal degree.

It would have been too blatant even for the libs..Race Hustler Inc will have to hold out hope for a hung jury.

Gods what a circus...
When dismissed to deliberate, the jury should just stand up... then sit right back down again. George should be acquitted and the this judge should be impeached.
Further, the DA needs to be disbarred and jailed under USC Title 18 Sec 241; Conspiracy to deprive civil Rights under color of law.

Dont go to Florida, that is the message from all this publicity. You have no rights to defend against crime in Florida. Well, if you do go to Florida and have a need to defend yourself, you risk spending the rest of your life in jail.
The governemnt in Florida want to kill or destroy those who defend themselves.

George Zimmerman will have a lot of options of which civil lawsuits he will be filing after his acquittal. Angela Corey should definitely be one.

the whole nation must make self defense stronger.
juries SHOULD be told what the defendant is facing.
prosecutors MUST be required to NOTICE IN ADVANCE these lesser included charges. No lets see how it goes.

Thank You Lord!!
Now please, let those women on the jury see all of this for what it is, the last ditch attempts of desperate people to railroad George Zimmerman.

We, the jury, find the defendant not guilty on all counts. We also find that the prosecutions lead attorney is creepy and that the judge is a dead ringer for Chris Farley.
To: Made In The USA
Im cynical though, and believe the jury will somehow obligated to apply a lesser charge.A hung jury is at least as likely. One holdout for conviction that won't change her mind. Very possible.

Hopefully, he’ll make enough from the civil suits that he can hire some good personal security. He’s gonna need it for a while.

My wife, who until recently had no interest in the news or politics, shouted at the TV that if the carried through with the “child abuse” charges Trayvon’s parents needed to be arrested for child neglect since Trayvon allowed out unsupervised.
Gotta love her!

For the past week, MSNBC has been covering immigration at 8 and 9 pm, but not this trial. That alone gives me hope Z may walk free.

Good news.
Not to me.
It’s just funny. The whole thing has become a farce.
