How about littering...
and creating a nuisance.

Indeed. Team Eric WithHolder is very upset about this. He’s been working on this for months, gathering case law like crazy!

Corey and DOJ probably told her they will win the appeal if it was allowed
To: DonkeyBonker
“BUT she told the jury they could rule on a lesser charge of manslaughter”
That appears to be required by state law, and was expected.

I think she looks like Jeff Daniels in “Dumb and
Dumber.”

Wow, to be honest, I’m stunned she threw this out, what is she up to? There’s got to be something more sinister coming down the pike. I don’t trust her. She’s an eric holder puppet and even when this is over, it’s not going to be over for a long time.

So glad to see there are still people (like us) who care about a modicum of integrity in our court system.

Then, a lot of excluded evidence that didn't fit the BHO/Holder/DOJ narrative would have to be allowed in as part of the defense.

Agree with you. A not-guilty on all counts should be scratched together as soon as possible and let Mr. Zimmerman try to get on with his life. I’m cynical though, and believe the jury will somehow obligated to apply a lesser charge.

If GZ is found not guilty can the state recharge this?

What were they thinking? First you find him guilty, THEN file the charges.
To: CivilWarBrewing
Maybe she could include littering and hazardous waste as included charges. . . maybe the jury can convict him of those heinous crimes.
After all, Zimmerman did leave Taydmark's body and blood on the ground.

Here’s hoping the jury saw this new “charge” for the load of BS it was. Wouldn’t it be nice if the prosecution sunk their own ship in trying to keep it from getting sunk.
