Jonathan Torress is only 17-years-old, he said he is living his worst nightmare.
After being pulled over by Santa Rosa police for a traffic violation his mother Dora was deported.
"Im angry at the cop. There wasnt no need for him to call the Border Patrol. He couldve just given her a ticket for the violation that she did," Torres said.
Santa Rosa Police Investigator Douglas Montgomery said he had no choice but to alert Border Patrol, after responding to a call for help.
On Thursday, police were notified Dora hit her brakes as another vehicle drove behind her along FM 506.
"I activated my lights to conduct an investigative stop because the call originally said there was a 1-year-old in the vehicle that wasn't in a car seat," Montgomery said
Police approached Dora and asked for her drivers license, insurance and registration.
According to Montgomery, Dora only handed him insurance and registration, but did not present a drivers license.
"Its expired, do you have any other documentation? Are you here legally?, Montgomery asked.
Dora responded that she was in the U.S. illegally.

Deport them all.
TDB . . . my heart bleeds
There "wasn't no need" for your mother to ignore our immigration laws and enter this country ILLEGALLY.
After all, We wouldn’t want them to be away from their mother.
Boo Hoo. What a shame she was caught.
I’ll bet she is already back in the U.S.
Hey Jonathon — Feel in one hand, defecate in the other, and let us know which one fills up first. I couldn’t care less regarding how you feel about our laws.
what, instantly deported? I call BS. Here we have a heart-string tugger of a story, timed coincidentally with the pending amnesty bill in the Senate. No real reporting there to look at how many chances she was given, if there were legal relatives to take the kids, AND WHY A HEARTLESS OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WOULD DO THIS.
Her ‘RIGHTS’ were violated?????? She is in this country illegally???? She has no rights here other than being treated humanely........
so she had to spend a couple of hours in tj boo effin hoo
Good catch. Yeah, I think something isn’t right about this story. I thought illegal aliens without criminal backgrounds were very low priority for deportation. This sounds like it’s being played for maximum effect.
BTW, the article didn’t say what document, registration or insurance verification, was expired. If it happened to be insurance, the illegal alien mother was driving without insurance. She also didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
These illegal aliens are typically involved in identity theft and a slew of other infractions. Their entire life is deception, because that’s how they manage to stay in the country. Why this needs to be pardoned is beyond me.
America shouldn’t import law breakers! If you or I engaged in many of the things they do, we’d be in jail (or worse).
Don’t mention it.
Apparently Mr. Torres thought there “wasn’t no need” for learning proper English grammar. I know he is only 17 but c’mon!
If he really loved his mother he would have gone with her.
get the hail out
