Obama said that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court "is transparent." We dont doubt that there are good reasons for secrecy at the court, but if youre going to operate a mostly secret court, you also dont get to crow about how "transparent" it is. The president cant have his cake and eat it, too. We rate his claim Pants on Fire.

It is not that transparent, I am a lawyer and I have never once heard of it
The gauntlet has been thrown.
“Barack Obama says the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ‘is transparent’”
Barak Obama lies, too.
And he is a Democrat and everyone (Big Media) knows they ALWAYS tell the truth! (do I really need a sarcasm tag here?)
Yuuup, so transparent I can see corruption in every nook and cranny
Of course. The Gestapo is out in broad daylight:

In evry crook and nanny!! (Steven King, Kingdom Hospital)
Look! No mas pantalones.
If they are issuing such a scathing opinion of Obama, then he's in trouble. The only question is whether he will be able to hang on until is blows over.
The biggest mistake that Republicans can make is to let up on the pressure. Take a break during the summer if they want: no one is paying attention anyway. But, they should be making plans to build the crescendo with hearings on the IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, warrantless wiretapping, and anything else right up to the 2014 elections.
Obama thought he could gain control of the House in 2014, but if the Republicans play it right, they'll keep the House and win the Senate. The stage is already set: the moonbats will stay home out of disgust, and the conservatives will be outraged -- the opposite of 2012.
But, the job still won't be done. Democrats are already planning to nominate Shrillary, and the blood from Benghazi is all over her hands. If the Republicans bring forth every whistleblower they can find during the primary season, the PACs will do the rest: imagine commercials showing video from the aftermath of the attack with Shrillary shouting "what difference does it make!?".
For the credibility of any statement, I’d recommend avoiding starting the sentence with “Obama says”.
That was my point for posting it...it's politifact and they're calling Obama a liar. That's noteworthy to say the least.
Can’t they just put the scrolling TOTUS on a web page and let 0bama get back to his first Love and play basketball and golf all day?
Obama meant its as transparent as his administration...
trans=across, over
parent=head of children/countries
These people use this word oddly.
The most ignored words in the English language, except for comic relief, are, “Obama says.”
Now shut up and be a good comrade, or no operation for your brat kid!
