“Insider Threat Program”: How the White House is keeping federal workers quiet (YIKES!)

President Barack Obama’s unprecedented initiative, known as the Insider Threat Program, is sweeping in its reach. It has received scant public attention even though it extends beyond the U.S. national security bureaucracies to most federal departments and agencies nationwide, including the Peace Corps, the Social Security Administration and the Education and Agriculture departments. It emphasizes leaks of classified material, but catchall definitions of “insider threat” give agencies latitude to pursue and penalize a range of other conduct.

Government documents reviewed by McClatchy illustrate how some agencies are using that latitude to pursue unauthorized disclosures of any information, not just classified material. They also show how millions of federal employees and contractors must watch for “high-risk persons or behaviors” among co-workers and could face penalties, including criminal charges, for failing to report them. Leaks to the media are equated with espionage.

“Hammer this fact home . . . leaking is tantamount to aiding the enemies of the United States,” says a June 1, 2012, Defense Department strategy for the program that was obtained by McClatchy.

I’ll defer all questions to Orly. She may have a strategic reason for ignoring Obama’s naturalization papers and focusing on the forged BC.
That being said, let’s be clear, Obama’s ineligibilty is clearly outlined in his Alien Registration file with DHS and his NUMIDENT file with SSA.

I’m not a Federal Employee or Federal contractor, so I could only examine or witness proof of Obama’s naturalization as a U.S. citizen with his permission.

For example, naturalization ceremonies are held in the public. Its possible I went to a naturalization ceremony to celebrate the naturalization of my mother, Svedvaana Magnussen, in 1983. I may have videotaped my mother swearing her loyalty oath during the ceremony and caught Obama standing behind her swearing the same oath.

Would a video of Obama participating in a naturalization ceremony be of any value? I think it would.

As a rebuttal witness to Obama’s false assertion he is eligible to be POTUS, its prudent not to expose the rebuttal evidence until Obama is on record, under oath, and falsely claiming he did not naturalize in 1983. This can only be done if the a case gets to discovery.

Without discovery, any rebuttal evidence will be ignored by the Courts, media, Congress and general public. It shouldn’t be that way, but it is. Let’s focus on getting a case to discovery, then we can nail the usurper.

You falsely assume the documents were obtained through fraud or theft. Each naturalized citizen is entitled to receive a certified copy of their Certificate of Naturalization to prove they are a U.S. Citizen. The new citizen can provide a copy of the document or deny a copy of the document to anyone they choose. A person who is not a Federal employee nor a Federal contractor with a copy of Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization issued to him in 1983 is a sign of someone who was granted permission to possess a copy of the document. Obama proudly told anyone who would listen he was an immigrant until 1996.

An Obot or ConcernedFreeper will only believe the document was stolen and inadmissible.

Only an OBOT or ConcernedFreeper cares about how, when and why Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization was viewed, copied, or delivered. These are the questions a defense lawyer would use to discredit the incriminating evidence and protect Obama.

The best answer a rebuttal witness can provide to an OBOT or ConcernedFreeper is: “I don’t recall.”

At trial, the rebuttal witness can carefully explain how, when and why they were able to legally obtain a copy of Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization. Obama provided copies of his COLB to select reporters and denied other reporters the opportunity to examine the certified copy. An immigrant can provide a copy of his/her Certificate of Naturalization if they choose. Doing so, waives their right to privacy.

It’s called an admission against interests. Attorney-Client privilege protects me, not the attorney or the defendant.

For example, I contact a licensed attorney and deliver a Certificate of Naturalization about a person I’m having a legal dispute with. I insist an allegation Obama is a naturalized citizen directly impacts his insistence he is eligible for POTUS.

The attorney and I cannot come to terms and we part ways. Even though a formal relationship has not been consumated with a contract, I am protected by attorney-client privilege. The attorney cannot testify against me and state I have stolen evidence or violated Obama’s privacy because its an admission against interest. In negotiating a legal matter with a licensed attorney, I have an expectation of privacy. Anything discussed with the attorney is privileged.
