The only way its not a violation is if 0 gave you permission to disclose them.

You falsely assume the documents were obtained through fraud or theft. Each naturalized citizen is entitled to receive a certified copy of their Certificate of Naturalization to prove they are a U.S. Citizen. The new citizen can provide a copy of the document or deny a copy of the document to anyone they choose. A person who is not a Federal employee nor a Federal contractor with a copy of Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization issued to him in 1983 is a sign of someone who was granted permission to possess a copy of the document. Obama proudly told anyone who would listen he was an immigrant until 1996.
