The WSJ is reporting that in addition to monitoring cell phone records, emails and web activity, the National Security Agency is monitoring credit card transactions. "NSA has established similar relationships with credit-card companies, three former officials said."

Oh crap, Ive bought a LOT of ammo online, since 2002. Oh well, so be it.
Yet with all this info, they could not stop the Boston bombers - with a tip from the Russians.
Since when was catching terrorists the goal?
That is exactly correct. They're not interested in stopping terrorists - they're interested in exterminating those that don't toe the line that they draw. And redraw.
This is Stalin/Hitler/Mao/etc. all over again. Leftists are predictable if you read just a little bit of history.
I lost all mine while kayaking at the ocean during a hurricane; hit my head on the bottom, ...or was it I fell and hit my head while dizzy just before the Bengazi hearings started last year . . .i think, um I can’t recall.
“I am on my knees praying for GODs intervention but I have also prepared for the worst.”
Me too. In the meantime, get back to using cash.
You had this happening to Brad Fallon; at the time I thought it was a bit of a stretch.
Apparently I was wrong.
You don’t have to scratch Michael Medved very deeply to find “big government thug”.
Preparing for the worst - prudent choice, it’s coming.
In the meanwhile, recall the words of Adm. James Stockdale:
“This is a very important lesson. You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the endwhich you can never afford to losewith the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”
You dont have to scratch Michael Medved very deeply to find big government thug.
I think he is part of the GOP establishment. This is sad because until the romney thing he was my favorite. I met him once at a KVI picnic and we talked for a few minutes. Nice guy, and taller than I expected. He’s over six feet.
I agree. Obama and the Chicago mob want any excuse they can create to crack down on the Right, and turn the US into another Chicago.
That right there is the problem. We are used to it.
Want a wireless phone from Verizon or AT&T? They will assure you "We respect your privacy" as they demand your SSN and your DL#, then give you a phone and share the log with whatever tax-evading, sext-happy wienergeithner bureaucrat demands it, plus the IRS, the DHS and the DOJ, and all the "rogue cells" they affirmatively employ.
We ARE used to it.
I understand... it must be stopped now because if it goes on much longer it will be unstoppable. Beck is on fire this morning!

Excellent and thanks!

Hard to order online with cash. COD is not used very often. Cash whenever possible here.

Of course, any terrorist worth his salt would use cash to make most of his “purchases”. This way donations to conservative groups and causes(you know, obamas enemies) can be monitored so the IRS can move in for the kill. How tidy!
Smart.
It’s been going on for 20yrs or more. They have all the data on us.
Include Hugh Hewitt in your indictment as well. His column this morning cautions "conservatives" not to overreact to these increasing attacks on American citizens by our government as to do so would undermine our national security. (At least I haven't heard Medved adopt Hewitt's code word for amnesty (for illegal aliens) -- that is "regularization".)
I suppose this is what happens to a self-described "constitutional law professor" after so many years in the Washington and GOP "elite" circle of power. I've listened to and read Hugh Hewitt for more than two decades and I am so sad with his political and philosophical "evolution" ... very sad indeed.
Killing babies has been legal even longer. That's my point. We are boiled frogs. Still yammering about liberty, though.
