The Boy Scouts of America's National Council has voted to ease a long-standing ban and allow openly gay boys to be accepted as Scouts.

Very sad ping FRIend.
The Boy Scouts of America Statement:
“For 103 years, the Boy Scouts of America has been a part of the fabric of this nation, with a focus on working together to deliver the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training.”
They just gave that all up to please a group that wants to tear America apart. I am in mourning for the Boy Scouts.
Morally straight does not mean rectal buggery. Next step is getting openly gay scoutmasters, and the gay pedos will flood in unimpeded.
The US Army had a special kind of company, of which there were only five companies of that type in all of Europe.
Their headquarters back in the US kept making bizarre and unrealistic doctrines for what they were to do in the event of war. But one time the five Captains who commanded these companies met, and one of them pointed out that those who made the doctrines would not be in Europe if war happened.
So these five could really do whatever they wanted, being very practical people, and to heck with doctrine.
The same applies to Boy Scout troops. If they want little sodomites in the troop, well, that’s what they want. If they don’t, the gay boy can keep it to himself, or he can be encouraged to take his deviation elsewhere.
Not because he is a homosexual, mind you, just because he is not “social” with the other boys.
Yep. Just one short year after the BSA affirmed their policy, the one that they WON in court over a decade ago, the Gaystapo (that is EXACTLY what they are) applied the thumb screws with extortion upon their biggest sponsors.
All of what we've seen the past few months was just theater. The decision had been made.
“May they and their scout masters and scout leaders all go to hell.”
Easy there, muffin. 60 percent of the organization doesn’t want it. 60 percent of the people who voted in Texas do.
This isn’t over by a long shot.
Unbelievable..let the molestation begin..if I had a young boy I sure as hell would never put him in Scouts..mind as well put a target on his back and say “Molest me”
Since normal people are no longer capable of resisting, due to brainwashing and degeneracy, the moral collapse will never stop. Indeed, the healthy normal will be actively persecuted and prosecuted. Remove your boys from the Boy Scouts of America.
We live in an age where anything that involves groups of people gets taken over by disgusting Freaks.
and what happens after there are endless reports of gay boy scouts hitting on other scouts? Sexual assault?
The number of parents suing the BSA will be through the roof.
No child should be subject to this type of filth.
We can mourn and lament all we want... The true test and out come of this vote is the current Boy Scout Membership. If it crashes and disbands we will then see what the true vote really was. Or not...
In either case with this vote and decision the current organization has forfeited any further donations from me.
Meet the leader of Scout Troop 241,San Francisco
I pray you're right. But what kind of recourse do we have?
Let them. Scouting isn’t and hasn’t been scouting in 30 years. PC took over long ago. I’m glad this will end it.
Prepare for a schism in Scouting.
Scouts are finished. No more donations from me.
WTF is wrong with these idiots?
The Boy Scouts of America Statement:
“For 103 years, the Boy Scouts of America has been a part of the fabric of this nation, with a focus on working together to deliver the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training.
“Based on growing input from within the Scouting family, the BSA leadership chose to conduct an additional review of the organization’s long-standing membership policy and its impact on Scouting’s mission. This review created an outpouring of feedback from the Scouting family and the American public, from both those who agree with the current policy and those who support a change.
“Today, following this review, the most comprehensive listening exercise in Scouting’s history the approximate 1,400 voting members of the Boy Scouts of America’s National Council approved a resolution to remove the restriction denying membership to youth on the basis of sexual orientation alone. The resolution also reinforces that Scouting is a youth program, and any sexual conduct, whether heterosexual or homosexual, by youth of Scouting age is contrary to the virtues of Scouting. A change to the current membership policy for adult leaders was not under consideration; thus, the policy for adults remains in place. The BSA thanks all the national voting members who participated in this process and vote.
“This policy change is effective Jan. 1, 2014, allowing the Boy Scouts of America the transition time needed to communicate and implement this policy to its approximately 116,000 Scouting units.
“The Boy Scouts of America will not sacrifice its mission, or the youth served by the movement, by allowing the organization to be consumed by a single, divisive, and unresolved societal issue. As the National Executive Committee just completed a lengthy review process, there are no plans for further review on this matter.
“While people have different opinions about this policy, we can all agree that kids are better off when they are in Scouting. Going forward, our Scouting family will continue to focus on reaching and serving youth in order to help them grow into good, strong citizens. America’s youth need Scouting, and by focusing on the goals that unite us, we can continue to accomplish incredible things for young people and the communities we serve.”
