Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was discovered after a day-long manhunt by a homeowner - and not by authorities - because law enforcement officials had skipped over the street where he was hiding during their intensive search.
Police did not search the area of Franklin Street where a Watertown man found Tsarnaev hiding in his boat - even though the neighborhood was part of a 20-block area that was supposed to be the focal point of the search, Bloomberg News is reporting based on interviews with 11 residents of the area.

They did a massive ARMED warrantless search of hundreds of homes...and when they were done..VIOLA...they found the guy in the boat.

I've stayed away from the 9/11 theories .. just because ... but if THIS is true, I have serious doubts about the reported elements of this attack on America.

(b) Massachusetts Gov Deval Patrick refused to divulge info WRT public assistance to the Tsarnaev's (on Obomba's orders?).
But state welfare officials were forced to b/c the info is available to lawmakers. State Rep David Linsky called on the Mass Dept of Transitional Assistance to provide the info..... issuing an ultimatum, giving them 24 hours to provide the info.
The Boston Herald published the state's response: 'My office is working to fully comply with your request,' DTA interim commissioner Stacey Monahan wrote, saying they were only providing a summary 'given the great interest in this matter.'
Chechen immigrants Tsarnaev parents were eligible as legal, non-citizen residents who claimed "asylum" status and met the eligibility criteria for DTA, DTA interim commissioner Stacey Monahan said in a letter to David Linsky, Chairman of the Mass House Post Audit and Oversight Committee.
On Thursday, multiple state agencies, at the prompting of Gov Patrick, refused to comment on the brothers' benefits.

BOSTON — State lawmakers have launched an investigation into whether the suspects in the Boston bombings improperly received public benefits. The House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight is reviewing hundreds of documents collected from state agencies that may have provided benefits to the suspects or their families since 2002.
Sources who have seen the 500 pages of documents sent to the House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight told News Center 5 that the entire Tsarnaev family, including (1) the two bombing suspects' parents, (2) the two suspects themselves, (3) their sisters, (4) the widow of the suspect killed, and, (5) their child -- received "every conceivable public benefit available out there."

$100K is the tip of the iceberg----the America-hating Tsarnaev's collected bigtime----rode the US gravy train using several identites. The bomber brothers' lavish style could not have been financed merely w/ welfare checks, food stamps, housing subsidies, etc etc etc.

So lets get back to the picture that was reported as him getting IN the boat taken from a surveillance camera.
The tarp looks torn.
So does that mean he was getting OUT of the boat as has also been reported.
But if you had just been shot in the throat by suicide (except he had no gun) been bleeding for hours and hours and hours after a gunfight, had been on the run..would you really look like that???
I still believe that armed manhunt was a ruse for something else.
Perhaps a chance to do warrantless searches.
The guy was bleeding, they knew he had been on foot. As an uneducated (in criminal law enforcement techniques) observer, but just wonder why bloodhounds / search dogs were not used. Seems like they knew who the guy was, had ample opportunity to retrieve and use his belongings to provide a scent, yet they relied on house to house searches?
Also, they brought in the helicopter with FLIR after they knew he was in the boat. Monday morning quarterbacking, but honestly, why wasn’t that also brought in early - sheds, boats, etc... would seem a natural place for a 19 year old to hide. This was a novice criminal - evil, yes, but his brother was the trained one and by the time of the search they should have figured this out.

Faked/forged identities is a common practice among "impoverished" latinos on US soil....."the just here for a better life types". The "impoverished" invaders pay $$$ thousands for fake identities. The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot.
The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. After a search, police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.
All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####
Now will each of these 11 residents get a little extra attention from the authorities to assure that their state sponsored indoctrination is not weakening?
One poster who has some experience with police dogs on this site said that having 9000 people tramping around could cause the dog to lose the scent.
Another said dogs tracked him to a basement and then lost the scent. Don’t know if that is true.

The homeowner discovered him within minutes of the lockdown being lifted.
They searched this particular home earlier, (67 Franklin Street) and later on the owner spotted bloody clothes, and called 911, right?
That’s what I have read and what I heard reported.
I was surprised because, as a rule, cops are pretty good at sniffing out hiding places. A young woman I work with wondered why he didn’t make his way to a Charles River marina and steal a boat. (Or try to swim across the Charles.) I like to think that if I was a cop, the very first place I would have checked would have been inside of any vehicle or boat.
