Hmmmm probably he’s right. He’s NOT being duped....he’s doing and choosing this in full knowledge.

Marco “McCain” Rubio?
Just another beltway insider trying to keep his place at the public trough.

TRUST ME? Are you kidding? This is where we have been lead to now? It needs to be in the Bill not in someone’s ego.

Rubio's office has dismissed fears that immigration reform will create a bonanza of new Democrats. Then Rubio's office is staffed by liars or fools.

Haven’t conservatives heard this same song with the names of “McCain” and “Romney” plugged in where “Rubio” is now? It’s the same “Lucy and the Football” scam we all recognize by now.

We beat back George W. Bush on this ... and he was in a lot stronger position than either Rubio or Obama.
Do it again.

Rubio refuses to add language to the gang of 8 bill that would mandate cross checking voter registration roles with green card applicants to see if they have committed vote fraud either in the past or during their waiting period. McCain thinks it would be seen as antagonistic.

Weeks ago, when he started on his amnesty/comprehensive immigration push, I thought he was just naive.
Since then, however, I think he is fully in on the ole shell game.
Previously, he was saying he would not support any bill that did not have border security as the #1 issue. Now, his plan is kicking that can down the road, under Homeland Security. If HSD doesn’t secure the border — IN 5 YEARS — the a special commission gets formed.
==
Ye ole shell game — 5 minutes after his bill gets passed, the border security part goes into the trash can.

Immigrants that side with conservatives don’t need amnesty.

Ya know, I'm open to the
idea of "comprehensive immigration reform," complete with some kind of "amnesty" for those already here illegally.
IF it were combined with truly effective measures to cut way down on future illegal (and legal) immigration, prevent them working here illegally, encourage assimilation, etc. Something like a 20-year time-out.
Since any "immigration reform" that is passed will in reality be 125% implemented as far as the "reform" part goes and immediately not enforced as far as the restrictions go, I can't support any "reform" measures capable of passing Congress.
But it is a shame we can't have an honest debate on how many and who we wish to let into the country, and then enforce whatever laws we decide on as a result of that debate.

I'm happy if Obama and his looney tunes give me and my associates a QUOTA of about 100,000 out of the illegal alien amnesty ~ we'll bring in that many graduate engineers and holders of doctorates in scientific fields from India and Pakistan. They'll promise to pick lettuce for 2 years, and then they get 5 years to get jobs wherever they want.
At the end of that time they'll go back home.
