Boston Bombers Built Explosives With Help Of Online Al Qaeda Magazine
Elite Daily ^ | April 25, 2013 | Sean Levinson

Posted on 04/25/2013 8:42:12 AM PDT by virtuous

Since 2010, al-Qaeda has apparently been publishing an English-speaking magazine called Inspire meant to attract Muslims into extremism and teach them how to wreak massive amounts of violence onto innocent people.

“Make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom” reads one of the headlines.

At first, Americans laughed at Inspire and didn’t think anyone would take it seriously. But then we realized just how powerful this propaganda could be considering the relationship the average Muslim has with the American people these days. Wired’s Spencer Ackerman described the purpose of Inspire as “getting frustrated Muslim youth to buy into al-Qaeda’s holistic conspiracy theory that the crises of the modern era are attributable to a nefarious American-Jewish alliance against True Islam, and then giving them the tools to murder people.”

So we killed the magazine’s editor and publisher, Samir Khan in 2011 with the same drone strike in Yemen that killed terrorist leader Anwar al-Awlaki. But alas, Inspire is still being published and its latest issue is one Google search away.

Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev recently admitted to investigators that he and his older brother Tamerlan learned to make pressure cooker bombs by reading Inspire.

This article, penned by someone named “The AQ Chef,” gives detailed instructions on how to create the same bomb that killed 3 people and injured 176 on April 15th.

The first step says “Put your trust in Allah and pray for the success of your operation. This is the most important rule.”

Isn't there a way our government can block Al Qaeda's terrorist website? Someone must be able to do something to stop Al Qaeda from propagating terrorism online. It's unthinkable Al Qaeda is given free access on the internet so terrorists can use their website to learn how to build bombs.

I’m not sure of the technical issues involved but I think they would have to block the servers.

They should let states slap it with sales taxes. That would put it out of business within 90 days.

Some dork would just mirror it elsewhere.

I’m not buying it. I think this is to counter the recent realizations that they had to have help, and it doesn’t answer the source of their flashy cars. Hussein’s handlers probably figure the DWTS fans and half of alleged conservatives are ready to move on and will accept this.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It's unthinkable conservatives are given free access on the internet so conservatives can freely criticize the government and coordinate resistance to tax increases, gun control, etc.

A cab driver in Malden, MA where I live said he picked them up at the Orange Line station and drove them to Kendall Square in Cambridge. They had the back packs in the truck and the cabbie said he tried to help with them but Speed Bump pushed him away. He said they were heavy. There is an unmarked Mosque only a block or so away from the station which is across from city hall and the police station.

It wouldn’t be too hard to find out where, who, and how they are publishing this and editing it.

Then send in the drones.

If it’s not on American soil, I don’t care what they do to these people.

If it is being run from American soil, the site needs to be shut down, and the people behind it need to be swat raided.

It’s at LEAST sedition.

Post # 7 paragraph #2 You do understand what it means? It was posted in it’s entirety, and it doesn’t say except for... There is a difference between saying somthing and doing something. ACTING on it like the two scum did is something else entirely.

"Boston Bombers Built Explosives With Help Of Online Al Qaeda Magazine..."

.... Sounds like the beginning of another "Crisis" that will not be allowed to go to waste. A crisis that will need "Immediate" action if we want to save untold innocent people. A frenzied movement will now spontaneously spawn to require censorship of sites using hate speech. Of course it will sound so noble and innocent at first but will eventually include such horrible evil hate groups such as as the Boy Scouts, GOP, Tea Party, Christian Groups etc etc and will include any other "Hate Group" that may oppose the righteous liberal agendas. Unfortunately the censorship will only be instituted to cover the publicly used internet and will ignore the Deep Web used by the real denizens of society.

.... Yep.... "Never let a crisis go to waste."

Yeah, it amazes me how everyone seems to take what the little poms say as true. He may be a mad dog bomber, but he wouldn’t lie. That would be wrong.

So this is the story...All they're trying to do is say there can't possibly be someone else involved. Right...

Wanna bet....I'd look at momma and poppa first.

Who goes back to their Muslim country after seeking asylum...and yells allah akbar on camera. And they only returned a year ago. Strange timing.

And the same government could block Free Republic.

And the current government would probably prefer to block Free Republic, and support Oppressive Caliphate.

If it’s an American citizen, on American soil, preaching Islam, and posting on the internet how to make bombs, and saying pray to allah that it will be a success, and inspiring young muslims to kill and maim other American citizens.

Then freedom of religion does not apply.

You could consider this SEDITION, because that is exactly what the Muslims are trying to do to the west, overthrowing the government. Then they impose their religious laws.

If not an American, on foreign soil: Bomb them with drones.

Simple. This magazine needs to be shut down.

Maybe I’m missing your point, also I could argue that Islam is not a religion.
