Are you kidding? 15-16 yos do this kind of thing all over the world! These are Chechen muslims, not nice little baptist boys from Alabama. Chechen muslim kids are raised in a jihadi culture. Remember the Moscow Opera incident or the 300+ killed at the Beslan school; these are examples of what they are capable of and he could have probably easily done this on his own. That said, obviously he worked with his brother and the two probably are part of a larger cell. I believe that there well could be more to come. I do know what you meant; that there are probably more out there involved but too many of the press and political morons out there are still speculating on how this "young" kid became a terrorist because that is unimaginable to many of the low information twits out there.
