Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, just Out of the Oven, when they have not had an opportunity to acquire crispness with cooling, when the raisins are hot enough to be blinding supernovae of juicy heat surrounded by a swirling event horizon of creamy molten oaty dough that collapses into its own singularity of yumminess.

I can eat a dozen before they assume room temperature.

It is a mild lemon flavor. The icing is on the bottom of the new ones, whereas it was on top of the one pictured. Not sure why they put it on the bottom. Kinda strange. LOL!
