have something to keep yourself busy.Oh, I will. I plan on working part time (if I have time) besides writing and doing some art projects and helping with our non-profit org.

Nana calls 'em crescent cookies, and they're also known as Rugelachs. They're made with a cream cheese dough; rolled out thin; filled with sugar, cinnamon, and crushed nuts; and then dusted with powdered sugar after baking.
They're a Christmas tradition in the Jinx household and get mailed out in Christmas packages to family members all across the country!

I know I missed you, work interfered again, but Mother Nature gave us three weeks of spring like weather, then last Saturday 10+ inches of snow and on Monday/Tuesday more than that. I’m tired of it for this year!! LOL!
Have a wonderful weekend. Right now the beautiful sun is out, but it is 16 degrees. Better than snowing. d:o)

I don’t think the dough is right for that - these are bite-sized. You roll the dough out into a rough circle about the size of a dinner plate. Cover with the cinnamon, sugar and nut mix, then cut into about 16 wedges. Roll ‘em up and bake!
But, no, it seems to me that crescent roll dough isn’t gonna be the same...
