7:30PM THE PRESIDENT and THE FIRST LADY host a concert celebrating Memphis Soul music as part of their “In Performance at the White House” series; THE PRESIDENT delivers remarks
As the White House has previously announced, Justin Timberlake (who will be making his White House debut), Al Green, Ben Harper, Queen Latifah, Cyndi Lauper, Joshua Ledet, Sam Moore, Charlie Musselwhite, Mavis Staples, and others will be performing at the exclusive event.
But while the performers are known, the guest list for the private event has not yet been released.
One imagines it's a tough ticket to come by. To attend any event at the White House, one must be invited. (The White House is now closed for public access by members of the general public.) And especially this one, with Hollywood and musical stars--and with remarks by the president of the United States.

Last I heard, it’s all booked up lately for politicizing Newton CT and toting “grieving” family members around.
For the Fraud and Big Media, the ends justify the means, with extreme prejudice, bigotry and hate.
I can only conclude that due to youth many have not been taught about Reconstuction in the Post Civil War South. Many of the receipts showing the expenses incurred by the legislatures, imposed on the southern states, in that time frame are on the internet. Go look. There is no difference between those legislatures and the current administration. Life was and is one big party at taxpayer expense.

In other news, five Americans were killed by a Car Bomb in Afghanistan over the weekend.
Meanwhile, funding for the Blue Angels has been cut, so they won’t be touring this year.
Yet the Obama family vacation to Hawaii cost about 1/4th of the Blue Angels yearly budget and on the eve of NK’s announced a Missile launch, Obama is hosting a star-studded gala at the WH at taxpayer expense.
OTOH, San Francisco will lose Millions of dollars from the cancellation of Fleet Week as the Blue Angels would draw 1 Million spectators and would bring in extra revenues to Hotels, Motels, Bars, Restaurants, etc...

Why is our leadership not out there calling all the networks for a meeting or press conference and saying why are you the media not pointing out this lavish lifestyle you would if this was a republican and why the hell is anyone outside the white house protesting this crap.
Telling me that there are no conservatives in DC who can protest and call the networks or are they too busy with their reaching out at their elitist cocktail parties and why isn’t anyone from talk radio taking a trip out there and chaining themselves to the fence and demanding the house , OUR HOUSE TO BE OPEN

As a resident of Memphis this offends me. However as Memphis is Democrat controlled, the local Democrat zombies are likely happy to fund this extravagance(sp?).
