What kind have you been using? Not necessarily the brand, but is it a chelate?
I use Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) to fertilize my garden & flowers. It’s a lot cheaper than than Miracle gro and whatnot.
Dr. Oz is frothing at the mouth. He’ll know what we should buy.

I discovered that recently for the roses. Wow they bloom like crazy.
I’ve just started taking it. After reading this, I’m making sure my husband is taking it too!
I find myself using vinegar, ammonia, baking soda and bleach for house cleaning (not together, of course)- beats the cost of the big name brand cleaners.
I depend strictly on bacon for all my nutritional needs. Whether or not it works, I don’t know. But I like it. Bacon. It’s not just for breakfast anymore. (For the folks who are allergic, my deepest sympathies.)
I though epsom salts taken internally turned one into a flesh eating cannible? Isn’t that what the people in those cases of some folks attacking others and biting chunks out of their bodies?

Magnesium needs potassium. They work together.
(Mix almonds and bananas, and you've got it made.)

Maybe supplements are a good idea.
My Chiropractor, who also does homeopathic medicines, told me to take more Magnesium.
This article just makes sense to me. If Magnesium helps the heart, it would help circulation. And visa versa.
Time to double down on the Mag. I guess Doc was right.
NOW I read some common sense! The only thing better than bacon , is bacon wrapped around bacon.
Are you one of those meatatarians?
Veggie what?????? LOL! Carnivorous maximus. I believe I’ll have a side order of bacon with that please.
