Obama gave his chief counterterrorism advisor, John Brennan, who is now the nominee to be the next leader of the CIA, a blank check. Brennan could do just about whatever he needed to do in North Africa and the Mideast, contend Murphy and Webb. Brennan chose to conduct a dangerous classified war without looping in Stevens, who paid with his life for his ignorance, according to the book.

The Joint Special Operations Command, which Brennan controls, is a collection of special forces outside of the regular military command originally formed as a hostage-rescue team. But in the middle of last summer, say Murphy and Webb, troops operating clandestinely under JSOC began infiltrating Libya.

“With the first phase of the Global War on Terror (GWOT) all but over,” say Murphy and Webb, “JSOC was starting in on ‘GWOT Season 2,’ as it were, where North Africa was seen as the most dangerous hub of terrorist activity.”

Murphy and Webb go on to make a shocking charge: “The nature of these operations remains highly classified. They were never intended to be known to anyone outside a very small circle in the Special Operations community and within Obama’s National Security Council. Ambassador Stevens, the CIA chief of station in Tripoli and then-director of the CIA, Gen. [David] Petraeus, had little if any knowledge about these JSOC missions.”

Petraeus has his own problems to deal with. Wonder if Petraeus was set up by the author of the bio about him. Not her personally, but she sure comes in handy in getting rid of Petraeus.

No budgets - if you can get away with it, why bother ?

New world order is what’s been going on for the past 100 years. Everyone in the mideast should be mindful of that, IMHO, and be very wary of NWO organizations and people. They should expose what they know of the truth to as many people as possible.

I don’t think Hillary wants to be in the adm,if and when it blows up or they blow up the economy. Which is very likely. Remember this is an administration that survives from catastrophe to catastrophe creating a bunch of chaos in between. To be even a small part of it has to be wearing especially if you are an alcoholic dyke in your 60’s.

Well, there is that exception for imams who bugger little boys (and those who raped Chris Stevens), so I think Obama is counting on an exception for himself.

Furthermore, I think there is this huge undercurrent of homosexuality in islam that is simply not spoken about (remember that discussion of such in Afghanistan--covered by FoxNews). Entire regions (of Pashtuns) are homosexual but still have wives for making babies.

The brave Special Forces soldiers and others who also responded to the call for help in Benghazi in turn fired on the Muslim Brotherhood and caused some damage,and the Brotherhood, thinking that oboma had double-crossed them, decided to kill Stevens instead.

The theory falls apart right there. Stevens was dead from smoke inhalation before Woods got to the consulate compound and Doherty was not in Benghazi until about the time Woods had returned from the main consulate to the annex.

No, the trail of evidence about the ‘video did it’ excuse does not lead to end with Panetta or 0bama. Just Hillary. If you want answers to this then she is the one to pressure for a new lead.

My best guess is conspiratorial as would be assumed by any media person. I think the planning was done prior to our Ambassador's death by hillary, panetta, and obama. I think the planning was a botched kidnapping which resulted in four deaths. I think there were meetings before all of this began between hillary, panetta, and obama as to how the plan was to go, but the plan did not go exactly as was planned. As I stated ... my thoughts are considered conspiratorial by any media person. It is the nature of D.C. to plan for contingencies. The video tipped me off this was planned in advance.

Your first link goes to a page with nothing but a search engine on it. The second link goes to an article claiming to quote a Washington Examiner article quoting Admiral James Lyons but it has no link to that article and a search of the Washington Examiner website comes up with nothing under the Admiral's name. Same with a search in a general search engine. I would have to read the Admiral's own words before commenting on them. I have seen interviews with Admiral Lyons and he never mentioned that theory.

He didn't issue a 'stand down' order that anyone has ever sourced. Nor would he need to. Only the POTUS can issue a CBA so all he had to do was nothing. Which is what he did IMO. He simply said nothing and everyone was powerless to act. That's all it took.

I don't know. Lots of speculations out there about that but I am not interested in idle speculations.

Google Admiral James Lyons. The link to the Washington Times article is the fourth entry down. Read Admiral Lyon's comments in the Washington Post article. This man knows what he is talking about, and he has something to say that everyone needs to read. Oboma’s hands are dirty, as are the others involved in this cover-up. It's going to be up to We the People to contact the Committee, forward this article to them, and demand that a special committee be formed to get to the truth. Mark Levin, the conservative talk show host and Constitutional lawyer specifically named this committee, and I do not remember the exact name.

We are all involved in speculating about what happened at this point, and I would not call them idle. None of us have all the answers, but Admiral James Lyons’ comments bear research and investigation.
