> It was definitely premeditated and it was definitely homicide. So what’s special about them?
Muslims, or converts to Islam, or black skin color, or all of the above?

Keep in mind, not only were most of the killers protected class who submitted “mitigation statements” about their upbringing... But also these liberals don’t want a death penalty (except for the girl in the trunk).

Holder's letter reads: "You are authorized and directed not to seek the death penalty against Mustafa Abdul-Qadir Al-Din, Walee Abdullazeem Al-Din, Charles Kunta Lewis Sr. and Raphael Remier Crenshaw."
Any questions, class ??

When a murder occurs during the commission of drug related crime, the Federal death penalty applies
That's a sensible explanation.

... this is a Federal matter on some kind of drug or RICO charges. Yes.
We dont have the death penalty in Michigan anyway.
No. Your law in Michigan doesn't matter.

I guess this is because of federal drug laws. In which case, why shouldn’t the death penalty even be considered?
The girl was thrown into a car trunk and killed by the thugs in a drug robbery, which meets all the qualifications, so it seems to me that Holder’s defense of these guys is a little out of line (unless, of course, his criteria have nothing to do with crime and everything to do with race...could it be?). And the AG shouldn’t get involved anyway.

There must be a couple of drug related murders per week in Michigan. The last murder in my town was some 30 years ago and it was a drug related murder (Guy murdered his coke dealer) but there is seldom talk of the death penalty.

Sometimes it’s just too depressing to admit what’s really going on, especially since everybody who could do anything about it seems to have taken a vow of silence and you begin to wonder after awhile if you’re just imagining it all. But she’s dead, and that’s real.

>>Why is this a Federal matter at all?<<
It started with the silent repeal of the 9th and 10th Amendments and the creation of the accursed 17th.

I despise this administration and it’s sharia mandates. I wouldn’t feel badly if something happened to ALL of those attending the coronation ceremony.

I certainly hope Eric isn’t wondering why there’s been a dramatic increase in sales of firearms and ammunition. If he is, he can just look in the mirror.
