Glad you are well on the mend. Did you manage to work all day this week? Or limited hours? Did you cook or your mom?
Had good food and company. Our family gatherings are getting smaller as siblings now have kids and grandkids they go to instead. Saw one son this morning but didn’t get to see my oldest and his family. They visit DIL’s family for dinner.
But my mother still cooks as if she expects the large crowd, so there was a lot of leftovers. Mr. Beachy is not going to be happy as I only brought home some kale. LOL

I did.
Didn’t over eat and got home early enough to rest and enjoy an evening cup of coffee.
How about you?

I spent this one alone, as usual. They don’t make tiny turkeys, so I whipped up a pasta dish for the holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving SR
Thanks for the nice leftover casserole recipe.
I’m going to copy and give it to my mother. I know she can use it. LOL

Dinner was great! I didn’t have to lift a finger and got everything I wanted! I even brought a nice piece of pecan pie home and have eaten 1/2 of it this evening.
All in all a very nice day! Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful, too!

A pleasantly quiet Thanksgiving. I put on my Ives symphony and kicked back.

Too bad you had to do it alone. But I bet the pasta was good.
I noticed that the elderly gent next door to us was home alone when I returned. I was quite surprised cause his family is usually in and out all the time. I was expecting to see them all gathered there.

I read down the menu and saw Cigars, Cigarettes, and Cider at the bottom. Can’t have a Thanksgiving dinner without those.

It’s that time at Beachy’s house...got to sign off and get to bed...especially before Ma posts any more food pictures.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving evening and I’ll see you in the morning.
God Bless our Troops and our Allied troops wherever you are tonight. I am truly thankful that you do what needs to be done. Thank You!
