The Heights School has the charitable mission of helping boys grow into good men. Its charity toward Jared changed his life dramatically. Then that change planted a seed in Dr. Sax and changed his life. The doctor’s changed life in turn led him to help others change thousands more lives – unless the heartless ACLU lawyers succeed in snuffing out those seeds.

it is well past time for some conservative of influence to form a group to combat the aclu when it files these lawsuits. it’s time for someone to take up for those who the aclu terrorizes with more than just words. i’d sure be a part of it myself. most of the time the aclu simply threatens to sue and scares the crap out of people bleeding their will to fight against their tyranny of liberal bull$#!+.

I’m dubious that there was “no drama” in an all girls’ school.
I have a few around the house and there’s plenty of “drama”.
Besides, girls tend to, more than boys, “clique up” and exclude others.
Can’t let the boys out from under Marxism’s boot. The benefit of feminism and homosexualism (same thing) has been the weaking and undoing of boys. Males are not easy to place under total control and oppression without total wreckage of their nature and intellegence.
ACLU is a Communist Front to destroy Virtue and morality in children. They want them all on drugs and living with no parents-—in the Brave New World fashion. They are evil and trying to collapse Western Civ and drug our youth.
Sometimes they may take a “good” case—just so people don’t catch on to the evil ideology that they possess. They only take good ones when they know they will win anyways.
Tragically, in part because of the corrupted perception of the mass media, millions of Americans have accepted this organization as it wants to be seen, rather than as it actually is.
The ACLU has played an enormous role in the developing disaster that we have described as Losing America's Multi-Generational Purpose. If we do not reject Obama in two weeks, the sort of "newspeak," to which the ACLU has contributed so much, may be the only accepted speech allowed. A grim picture, will only get grimmer.

the way to deal with teh ACLU is to eliminate 1. their tax status as tax exempt AND 2. eliminate the “winner and loser” pays the ACLU. The law right now establishes that EVEN IF YOU WIN you still have to pay the ACLU.
It should not even be loser pays. It should be, PAY FOR YOUR OWN LAWYER.

If I’ve figured it out then most people have as well. We just have to start doing something about them - taking away their tax status may break their legs and we can let people like Soros dig deeper into his pockets to support them. I am sick of communist organizations thriving on my tax dollar.

Communist fronts like the ACLU, unions and NGOs have whole sets of special laws protecting their rackets. The real traitors are the ones who wrote and passed those laws, and who continue to refuse to change them.
Of course there is drama in an all girl’s school and yes there are cliques. However it’s on a different level and where I went a lot of stuff wasn’t tolerated. It was a privilege to go to our school and therefore you were to get along. You said something mean you got called out on it. You have the best grade in the class? Expect to tutor someone even if you don’t like them. Didn’t have a lot of friends? Those were the people that got 2 or 3 birthday cakes because everyone was so worried no one would make one for them.
More people in my high school class have medical degrees vs. those who never graduated from college. I think it was because our focus was directed to academics and the teachers and administrators knew how to deal with teenage girl nonsense.

Sorry, please excuse my ignorance on this but, who might that be and can they be jailed in any way?
Uniforms do discriminate. Every little loose thread, last year’s shirt or faded pants is picked apart by the others. It’s way worse than public school.
I HATED HATED HATED having to wear uniforms. I was miserable every day in private school. The best day I had in years was the day I finally transferred to public school.
First, the story tracks Winston Churchill’s experience. He was sent to “good” schools where he failed. Then he ended up under the care of two “crazy old women” who let him build forts and re-enact history. His autobio says “Where my imagination was not engaged I could not or would not learn”.
About the uniforms: kids in public school wear uniforms determined by the fashion industry. They all dress alike. I was a public school administrator for 20+ years. So, to the comment about being picked on in a uniform school, BS! Go watch what happens in a modern public school to a kid who wears last year’s fashions or, God forbid, wears modest clothes.
