To: dagogo redux

The real traitors are the ones who wrote and passed those laws, and who continue to refuse to change them.

Sorry, please excuse my ignorance on this but, who might that be and can they be jailed in any way?

ACLJ might have the appropriate laws listed on their site. I’ve been a few times to some of the union- and NGO-related sites that shed light on these shenanigans, but I don’t have the links at the tips of my fingers - you’ll have to do your own research. There are LOTS of laws over many decades carving out the protected domains of these groups, and many politicians leading the charge and aiding and abetting. It’ll keep you busy for a heck of a long time sorting all that out, but it’s there if you want to look. I think some summary books have been written as well.

Can they be brought to justice? Well, they write the laws and are experts at political survival —> I doubt it.
