President Barack Obama posed for a photo-op this morning in Virginia, where he is getting ready for tonight's presidential debate. He ventured out for a photo-op, and had this very brief exchange with a reporter:

Mr. President, you said that you were the leader of the American People. Nowhere is that statement found in our Constitution. What is in the Constitution is the order that the President take care that the laws be faithfully executed. And in YOUR oath of office, you swore to uphold the Constitution. But you tell the voters that you wish to change laws. In El Paso, Texas, you ridiculed your citizens who want our borders protected from invasion, which is another failure of yours to obey constitutional orders. Mr. Obama, why should we reelect a president who does not do what the Constitution orders him to do?

This is really is Barry’s problem. He can’t be nimble in a debate with someone who knows their stuff (Romney) when he has been coasting his entire life and has never been challenged. Obama is economically and otherwise illiterate like most of his followers and it shows in the debates.

I'll bet at the debate prep session he was begging his handlers for a response to the Benghazi questions that would make him look good. Mr. President, meet reality.

Hilliary’s ex girl friend Janet (Burn Baby Burn) Reno did the same thing for Bill Clinton in the Waco massacre.
Maybe she still has designs on the White House. She’ll be ancient in 2016, but maybe she still thinks she has a chance. She surely knows her options are better if Romney is President, than if Obozo has either destroyed America, or declared himself King.

Romney; “Man Up, Boy!”
Want happen. He will throw both Biden and the Wookie under the bus before he accepts responsibility.
Anyone who believes that Hillary will be thrown under the bus or that her acceptance of responsibility is a big deal should have their head examined.
What responsibility is Hillary really accepting? What are the consequences for her? Why did she wait over a month to make this statement? Why didn’t she testify at the congressional hearing rather than sending out Lamb and Kennedy? Why wasn’t Hillary on the five Sunday shows instead of Rice? Are the American people that stupid that they can believe her sham acceptance of responsibility?
This is all political theater. The timing couldn’t be more clear the day before the Presidential debate. And exactly what does Hillary have to lose? She is now the heroine protecting her boss who will help her political ambitions in 2016. Where are the calls now for her to resign if she really wants to accept responsibility? Or why doesn’t she offer her resignation?
Obama is not hiding behind Hillary. They are partners in crime. Hillary knows that there will be no consequences for her and Obama can just continue to blame everyone for his failures. No doubt that Hillary is helping Obama and that she knows that the intelligence community is pissed off at Biden for blaming them. Hillary is trying to calm the intelligence community and prevent leaks.
The State Department was in real time communication with the consulate as events went down. They had reports from the 25 or so survivors who escaped. They were debriefed right after they left Libya. Yet, Hillary at the Andrews AFB ceremony honoring the four killed in Benghazi blamed the video. The ceremony was held on Friday, September 14th two days before Rice went on the five Sunday shows.
I spent 28 years as a Foreign Service Officer. Someone had to sign a security wavier for the “interim” facility in Benghazi that housed the consulate. This had to be done by either the Assistant Secretary for Diplomatic Security, Eric Boswell, the Undersecretary for Management, Patrick Kennedy, or the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. I wish someone would ask to see that written wavier, which is required.
Hillary is responsible for the poor security at the consulate and Obama is responsible for the cover-up.
It’s ridiculous to even call this a townhall debate. The only legitimate way to refer to it as such would be if Crowley were choosing the questions randomly. She is not.
This is the “Candy Crowley gets to choose whatever questions she wants to ask” debate. It will therefore be just as biased as they all are - perhaps she is intelligent enought to cleverly masquerade her bias, but biased it will be.
“In the debate tonight, Romney should say something like: “I appreciate Secretary Clinton stepping up and taking responsibility for this fiasco. She is exhibiting the courage of a leader. But, Mr. President, as President Truman said, the buck stops with the president. This is your administration and you should not expect a subordinate to bear the responsibility for this this.”
Such a statement would not only make O look like the bozo he his, but would hit a nerve among independents, especially women voters.”
Unfortunately, this could be a real setup for Obama’s response.
Obama will accept full responsibility for this Benghazi debacle. Women, who have rethought their support for this administration after Biden’s hectoring of Ryan, will then return to the Obama fold, as they think i wish my hubby would step up, once in a while, and admit his mistakes, just as “readily” as Obama is doing here.
The MSM will swoon at his willingness to accept responsibility, claiming it demonstrates real leadership [from behind actually], and all will be forgiven and forgotten.
A perfect checkmate.

Certainly not with Obama, because he wouldn’t have been at the briefing when the threat was discussed. Just like he didn’t know anything about Fast and Furious.
The guy is just too busy saving us from the Bush economy, correcting the poorly written constitution and over 230 years of bad management.
Who stole Obama’s ‘laser like focus’ ?? Was it the same folks that stole his “shovel ready jobs” and the ‘Summer of Recovery’ ?

“Mr. President, If you are truly concerned about the failure to protect our ambassador, you would have already started your own intensive investigation as to what went wrong, and by now determined the weak link in YOUR administration AND taken action to correct/remove those at fault.”
He would be interrupted at the word “ambassador” by the “moderator”, Hussein, and shouting by all the audience plants.
