PBS's 'FRONTLINE' interviewed former Barack Obama classmate, Kristen Caldwell. She grew up and attended Punahou School with "Barry" Obama. She recalls how as a young child, Obama alternatively told classmates he was an Indonesian prince or Kenyan royalty.

So yeah, I can picture him as this slightly -- "chubby" is too strong, but rounded, short little guy, Barry Obama. And he told us that his father was an Indonesian king and that he was a prince, and after he finished school he was going to go back, and he would be a ruler in Indonesia. And I absolutely believed him.
I understand that he told his fifth-grade class that he was Kenyan royalty, but I never heard that story until years later. My sister and I remember very clearly that he was an Indonesian prince and that he would be going back there. So there was some reference to where he had come from, and the understanding was his family was there.

Obamba the Lyin’ King.
My GOD you can’t make this stuff up!
FRONTLINE is investigating Zero’s past? Hmnnnn... ???
Wipers!
She is the second classmate who has said this. The first was a guy from a few years ago. I don’t remember his name but bet it’s over at Beckwith’s Obama File.
Typical white granny’s bank boss was on the board of Punahou school, so that’s probably how he got the scholarship. The darling prince came to HI when he was 10 and O. Senior came that Christmas. Sr. gave a talk to the school. The school was big on Kenya so that was another brownie point in getting a scholarship. His teacher went to Kenya during the summers to teach and several of the board members made trips there and the school donated supplies. One of the board members, Kelly, is the CEO (or owner or both) of Outrigger Hotel there.
I won’t rest until that man is behind bars.
I hate to break it to ya. But, you aren't gonna get much rest.
What a vapid loser.

Kenya seems to think he's a native son, too.
Actually, this is a sad story reminiscent of children who daydream of belonging somewhere when they don't.
I don't like him at all but if I were told a story like this about someone else, I'd find it a little sad.
It might be a lonely world out there on Free Republic, for those who try to get behind the facade of an election. This where voters were stampeded by the corrupt mass media.
Not my place not being an American citizen to criticize the President. I have combed the book by David Maraniss, titled Barack Obama, for some sort of in depth assessment of President Obama. For the time being, I would like to quote page 189.
Who was this little kid at his side or on his shoulders with a darker shade of skin ? Stan had his own line that he used on strangers wherever they went: "This boy is the great-great-grandson of Hawaii's first king, Kamehameha the Great," he would boast..... his grandson remembered being told by him later.
This was quoted as the fantasy of Stanley Armour Dunham. My main disquiet is about the people behind the President. (Just a few thoughts here).
Bump
Prince!!! No Way. Queen!!! Probably.
