ZANESVILLE, Ohio — Vice President Joe Biden extended an invitation to the media to check the veracity of his claims on Medicare, telling the press to “fact check me.”
“What they’re proposing, and this is a fact. I say to the press, ‘Fact check me,’” Biden said at Zane Grey Elementary School in Zanesville. “What they’re proposing will actually cause the Medicare trust fund that pays for the benefits when you go to the hospital, the doctor, etc., to run out of money, a sufficient amount of money by 2016. That’s when it would hit the wall.”
Republicans, he said, are “not actually preserving Medicare. They’re for a whole new plan, vouchercare.”

Poor Joey has gone over the edge. He’s lost it. Obama killed Osama and now, Government Motors is selling Volts like hotcakes.
Joe thought he was a big hearted guy for letting them send back a Fallen Angel on his plane.
Too bad they didn’t keep Joe and send back the hero.
Gary Hart, a potential Democrat presidential contender, once challenged the press in 1987 to “put a tail on me.” Then they caught him on a boat, appropriately called “Monkey Business”, with his paramour, Donna Rice. It pretty much shot down his chances of ever proceeding much further.
And this was WAY before John Edwards.
Sometimes the press can be cuttingly effective. If they really want to blow one contender or another out of the water.
This could be a Gary Hart(pence) moment for Joe if the press had sufficient integrity.
How can you fact check someone who has no facts?
Two more words: Monkey Business.
