Hello. My name is Fred Garvin-MP. I recently watched the Maricopa County Sheriff Department's press conference. It was intriguing to say the least. What caught my attention were the coding numbers on the document put on the White House server for all Americans to see. The code #9 was the essential 'nail in the coffin' that confirmed the PDF version of the birth certificate was a 'definite' forgery.
Now two pro Obama websites claim that lead Investigator Mike Zullo used the meaning of code #9 from a 1969 Vital Statistics Instruction Manual instead of a manual from 1961. Is this true? One meaning for code #9 is different that the other code #9 and that is giving Obama supporting websites ammunition to claim Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse got it wrong. To clear this up we need answers. I am sure most of you agree.

I wouldn't be so sure. Inserting the word 'African' in the blank for 'race of father' was a blunder of monumental proportions, and all the little henchmen in Obie's cabal know it.
I can guarantee you, they were none too pleased when they all realized the mistake.
Their people's forging skills haven't gotten any better, though. Some fool forgot to flatten the image, and left all sorts of telltale marks, when they created Obama's LFBC. Rank amateurs...

I remember reading a thread here on FR that mentioned a birth certificate in the 60’s where someone’s race was listed as “Japanese”. Obviously that is not a race. I wonder why they didn’t use ‘Oriental’? Anyway, there doesn’t seem to be a convential naming system back then for people other than ‘white’.
Has anyone confirmed Corsi’s findings? Has anyone found a 1961 Vital Statistics Instruction Manual? I’m going to guess the answer to both questions is no. There is no doubt in my mind that Obama’s Birth Certificate is a forgery, but, not because of any of the reasons given by Zullo on July 17, 2012.
