Today the court is handing down decisions, possibly in the Arizona Immigration Law case.

Make your Prediction on:

I think it will be overwhelming...maybe even 8-1 in favor of scrapping the entire mess.

Let congress do their job....the right way.

I suppose it will make Obama happy because it will be another diversion for Holder and the crap economny.

Arizona....A state has a right to make its own laws regarding its population as long as it does not violate the constitution of both Feds and State.

It has become apparent that the Fed's approach is insufficient and immigrants are found in every nook and cranny of Arizona causing a burden upon the peoples of the state.

Arizona will win.

I think people are now inventing ways to be pessimistic. You statement defies logic since there is a minimum threshold for the SCOTUS to accept a case.
