The only way to really challenge Obama on this issue would be for what Mr. Monkton brought up and that is challengeing an excutive order that led to someone’s incarceration.

Here is the deal. Obama is not the nominee and therefore not subject to ARTII SECIII CLSV and this court has no jurisdiction to determine the eligibility of someone who not yet the nominee!
