I shuttled old folks to their polling places during lunch time, and didn’t vote at mine until 4:00PM.
I was Republican voter #59.
The democrat count was over 200 at 4:00PM. Guess they want to keep Bennie Thompson in office.

I voted in Huntsville, Alabama at about 7:20 AM and was number 113. That seemed high to me for a primary so I think turnout may have been respectable.

Bryant is just following Haley’s orders, but they all know it’s all over. Two conservatives can’t win; even one conservative would have a hard time of getting the nomination.

Alabama you have to pick a ballot. Republican or dimwhit and you vote that ballot. We had a huge repubican ballot. I saw a sample of the dimwhit and it was tiny. Our county school board had like 15 republicans. NO dims ran for school board of the county. Last election everyone of them got smashed, so I guess none wanted to get smashed again by the republicans.

I just realized the exit polls are still changing. At this point, they are appear to be leaning toward Santorum in both states. I suspect that will change several times.

“Unless something changed recently, Alabama and Mississippi are both Open Primary states.
Romney will be getting a truckload of Democrat votes.”
You mean Santorum. He’s the one that encouraged the democrat version of operation chaos in MI and OH.

There must be more Democrats voting in MS than in AL then. The southern Democrats would likely vote Romney in open primaries, but they didn’t in SC.

Yes I did! After work, so that would be around 5:45.
Go Tallassee Tigers!
To: Maynerd
No, Santorum was the one that was open about it. Romney arranged for the open primary and made deals for votes before the primary day ever came.

CNN just announced they are going to have a “change in exit poll results.”
The radio here just said Newt leads exit polling in MS and AL.
What the heck is going on here?

With 1% reporting in Ala, it's Newt 39%, Romney 29% and Santorum 21%!
Go Newt!
