Good morning, Pro ((HUGS))
Sure sounds like fun getting wet fields ready for pounding, digging feet.
A number of flowering trees are in bloom, daffodils in some areas, and I see tulips popping up in my flower bed. And now we’ll be losing 1 hour over the weekend for the time change. UGH! Don’t they realize how hard it is for me to get up a 0430 before the jump time forward? Makes me crabby ;)
Have a wonderlicious Wednesday!

Man, I’m going to have to check with former FIL to see if he’s doing a garden this year...I want cucumbers, tomatoes, and green beans. Either that or I’m going to have to raid your garden! hehe

Aloha BL Loved your story, I got a mental picture of the situations when read it....I raised Angora Goats not milkers...I was way to lazy to have to milk a goat every day...They would kid in March, usually ween by 3-4 months. We had a professional shearer to our shearing twice a year, Much easier than milkers....but I did have a couple of my city girl friends come out for hoof trimming one time and I can still see my old neighbor being dragged around the barn by a goat she couldn't control and sure as the dickens wasn't going to let me see she was going to give up....after we got done laughing at her, we got her off the goat....
Every 3-4 months they got their hoofs trimmed, deloused and wormed. Not hard work at all and I wish I still had the strength to do now what this 73 year old woman then...:O)
PS I didn't like the taste of goat milk either, its very sweet (I had to take a shot at tasting it) Doesn't taste anything like cow milk does it?

Good morning, combat_boots. I'm tired of shoveling. We have had so much snow this year....and the private snow removal guys have run out of snow dumps. The Municipality has opened some on their dump sites to help out.
I would be more than willing to share some snow with you. d:o)
I'm starting to hear commercials from some of the car dealerships about sales because they have so much snow and no place to put new cars.
My back yard before the last foot of snow in the last few days...

Call me jealous!
As for the snow, we down here are facing a bug increase this year, including Lyme disease-bearing ticks. Not a good sign for the upcoming warmer weather.
Sorry about the snow, though. Do you live near permafrost?
