Remember the Georgetown Law student, Sandra Fluke, who was forced to suffer through $3,000-worth of protected sex during her stint at law school? Turns out, theres a bit more to the story.
According to some sources, Fluke might just have been a well-placed fake. Not exactly the young-and-helpless female law student most took her for, Flukes LinkedIn profile speaks for itself:
With a six year hiatus between her undergraduate time and GT Law, Fluke is probably closer to 30. And shes had plenty of involvement with the pro-contraception agenda. A Feminist, Gender, & Sexuality Studies major at Cornell, Fluke is also a past president of Law Students for Reproductive Justice. While shes presented herself in persona a woman suffering because of Georgetowns policies, its more likely that Fluke has had her sights set on the school for quite a while.
In fact, its almost certain.
One Washington Post blogger published the following on 16 February:
Fluke came to Georgetown University interested in contraceptive coverage: She researched the Jesuit colleges health plans for students before enrolling, and found that birth control was not included. I decided I was absolutely not willing to compromise the quality of my education in exchange for my health care, says Fluke, who has spent the past three years lobbying the administration to change its policy on the issue. The issue got the university presidents office last spring, where Georgetown declined to change its policy.
Fluke says she would have used the hearing to talk about the students at Georgetown that dont have birth control covered, and what thats meant for them. I wanted to be able to share their stories, she says. My testimony would have been about women who have been affected by their policy, who have medical needs and have suffered dire consequences.. . .The committee did not get to hear real stories I had to share, about actual women who have been dramatically affected by this policy.
What did transpire, though, was a phone call from the Oval (read: Home) Office in support of Flukes plight, and encouraging her for speaking out about the concerns of American women. According to the White House, Obamas concerns followed directly upon Rush Limbaughs disparaging remarks, naming Fluke as a slut, a prostitute, and as having so much sex she cant pay for it.
Among others, one result of this curious turn of fact is the almost indefensible position opened up to by the president of Georgetown University, John D. DeGioia. The president, who has spoken out in defense of Fluke against her conservative rivals, now has to face the very loud music of welcoming and advocating a knowing instigator into his midst. If Fluke came to Georgetown precisely to cut her legal teeth on the school itself, DeGioias stance seems at best dichotomous. On the one hand, hes responsible for defending the schools policies; on the other, hes (apparently) been party to an intentional and knowing act of subversion.
Whats more, if President Obama has at all been privy to the Fluke situationand its hard to believe he wasnt, since he felt confident enough to pay her a personal phone callwhat has become of the highest office in the land?
If it turns out that Sandra Fluke was just a fake, perhaps not much will change. But doubtless, the implications of what has and is happening in the contraceptive wars will be upped substantially. More than anything, Fluke continues the narrative of The Big Lie, that a segment in this country seeks to make contraception illegal for all women. It is a scorched earth policy that is as likely to leave its practitioners in infamy as it is to succeed in advancing the agenda.
Catholic ping.
She is just another liberal piece of trash on the move to destroy America.
She is a useless idiot firing up all the useful idiots. When has free contraception been a right? Rush is right. Judging from her dossier, she is a prostitute for her cause.
Now this is someone who hates women. She is utterly despicable.
We are letting the media control the language again... this is not about contraception alone- there are ABORTION drugs included in what they are calling 'contraception'
This is about getting a catholic school to pay for abortions

Her mother should have been pro-abortion and aborted her
Like all of the Democrats dirty tricks this one worked.
She got all kinds of publicity, she cost a man his advertisers, she posed as a 23 year old student and most who heard her think that is what she is.
The Media will now drop the whole thing and again a Republican looks like crap.
Wait—if she is pro-abortion, then why is she all worked up about the price of birth control? Isn’t being pro-abortion all about not having to use birth control?
Unfortunately due to Limbaugh’s indiscretion, the media were able to make her as much a saint of the liberal left as Gabby Giffords.
Her economic premise is totally indefensible and she should have been shredded on that basis. It’s really a bad outcome, although I suspect by election time she’ll be a footnote to history, sort of like Rielle Hunter.
If she is exposed to be a closeted (or not so closeted) Lesbian, the Democrats’ sham will be exposed for even the most tuned out Americans.
Why is it that abortion lovers have themselves never been aborted.
Agreed. In this particular instance, however, her focus was on contraception. Georgetown is a Catholic university! Everybody that goes to there knows. Miss Fluke stated on occasion she went there specifically to change the policy.
Because they are all Fluking Clymers.
Publicity whore. “LOOK AT ME!”
Where is the call for free cancer meds?
Or barring that, free diabetes meds and heart meds?
What makes women so special?
Oh, this was about securing a voter bloc based on scare tactics.
It's been fluked.
If she used birth control pills for contraceptives plus condoms and they cost her $1,000 per month, by definition she absolutely is a slut. There is no way around that.
She is a feminist activist. She intentionally chose to attend Georgetown because it did not cover the cost of birth control on student insurance. The entire presentation purportedly made to the Senate Committee was staged by Nancy Pelosi for purposes of coercing the Catholic Church into paying for contraceptives and abortifacients. It was a scam!
