I’ve had no side effects from the Ocean Spray Diet. My “only” complaint is that they are very strong in flavor so I like them over slightly melted ice. Drinking them straight is like drinking straight grape or cranberry juice, very sweet and very tart.
We’ve tried Truvia but still prefer Sweet and Low in coffee or tea. I will use Truvia on unsweetened cereal but don’t care much for it in cooking. I have never heard of Stevia, what is that used in?

Our Doctor says that’s plenty of D3 plus you should take 2 twice a day so you really get 1000 IU which is 250%. Fish oil gives me heartburn even if I’m taking the kind that devolves in the colon.
Stevia is the actual botanic name of the plant from south america, from which Truvia is made; difficult to grow, but I’ve done it in my GHs:

You’re right. What they don’t tell you in theose “studies”, is that they feed rats/mice 1-2 TONS of testing stuff/day, and that’ll cause cancer/other problems in anything/anyone.

Since I consider Rush a believer and Fluke an unbeliever, I think Rush was right in apologizng.
As a "survivor" of the FL '04 and '05 hurricanes, I can't express how much I feel for these people. While there was no loss of life during our hurricanes, the damage was so bad that just seeing this recalls all the mess that took so long to clean up and recover from.

I don't know... I'm curious as well. My husband and I were traveling in upstate NY today, so I couldn't listen to Rush on WTIC 1080 (or WHYN 560 as usual).
We could only listen to Rush for about the first hour and a half (we thought his show was fantastic!).
The only national ads we recognized on the Albany and Schenectady radio stations were for IncomeAtHome.com and a Gold company (Goldworth?). The rest of the commercials seemed to be for local companies.
