The same questions were to be asked of each candidate. That did not happen.
Just watch the questions Mitt Rpmney receives that no other candidate receives. Did Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich receive a very emotional question?
This forum was made to be a pre-planned ad for Mitt Romney!
The reason that it was pre-taped was because:
1) The candidates had evening engagements
2) Huckabee’s coming to Idaho.
I support Rick Santorum, but I detected no bias at all from Huck. One of the panelists even said Santorum did the best.
“The very second that Romney or Saintorum wins the nomination (God forbid), Obama wins the election. That very second I will quit all of this and walk away.”
Same here.
If it happens, no more politics for me from that moment on.
“very dishonorable for Huckabee to have carried on.”
Someone should shove in his face the 2008 ad he made on Mitt.
Yeah, it looked like an obvious tee up for Romney to display his human side. I did like that they asked Santorum about health care and the bank bailout. So maybe they just tried to give each candidate a chance to show their strength. Although, FOX played the “Mitt’s human” bite earlier in the day, so I think they are definately the Romney channel. Well we’ll see how Romney as chosen by the powers that be does in the upcoming battle with Obama. At least nobody can force me to vote for or donate to Republicans ever again if their brilliant plan fails again.
I dislike Romney & the Huckster. Sure it’s a setup. Why should we get upset because we know the final outcome. Only unless you are willing to fight in the streets & then I have no assurance that we could win. These elites that have total control on this nation are going to do as they wish. America has no bearings on my past lifestyle - probably the same for Jim Robinson. This country is & always will be in change & we can’t stop that. I will never see a president that is half of RR. It’s gone & you can’t put that Genie back in the bottle.
Frankly, I have never seen anything honorable about Huckabee.
Consider it done.
So Huckabee is on the take.
Are you sure of your conclusion?
In Phoenix for the NASCAR weekend.
And also in your head, Nerd-boy. ; )
No, it’s just more childish ranting by the usual suspects.
“Yeah, it looked like an obvious tee up for Romney to display his human side”
Blast from the past: When a father with a son in Iraq says he’s offended that Mitt Romney compared his sons (who are trying to get Mitt elected) to his son, and the soldiers in Iraq, Mitt starts to smirk
Equating Romney, the architect of socialized medicine, TARP lover, and serial $50 baby killer — with a pretty strong conservative like Santorum is totally ridiculous.
America will vote for a conservative like Rick over liberal twins like Barack & Willard in a one-on-one scenario.
But you did get it half right. Obama-lite Willard would definitely lose to the real Obama.
The bottom line is BOTH Rick and Newt are conservatives. Ask the owner of FR if you think they aren’t.
You sound surprised... why?
Personally I would not make the claim that Huckabee is on the take. What I would say is that he is a faux conservative, speaking loudly about certain social issues while sliding a very moderate to liberal agenda on everything else sort of to the side.
Very few conservative websites or talk shows have any use for Huckabee at all. Very few still fall for the ridiculous notion that he’s a good conservative. He’s a pro life statist and he will play the class envy card in a skinny minute, seeing as how he’s always made his living off the offering plate or the tax man (prior to making it off of Roger Aile’s smarts.)
Like a lot of preachers Huckabee glad hands you with one hand while the other gropes for your wallet.
I am absolutely appalled that FOX used those two servicemember's families in such a deliberate, contrived and despicable manner just to “pump up” Mitt Romney's image. The people who put together that so-called "forum" have no more shame than the hard Left!!!
Of course both Newt and Rick got policy questions which required lengthy and deliberative responses as well as some follow up questions from the Fox Business guy (who is a Romney supporter).
I like Mormons, I just don't want Mitt Romney to be President.
Same thing with African-Americans. It's not because Obama is black(or a simile of), it's just him.
Uh... just in case... does he shake left-handed or right-handed?
