Dear Loyal Supporters of Gov. Scott Walker,
.
You are not going to believe this one!
.
A Democratic appointed judge that was supported by AFL-CIO South Federation of Labor and the Madison Teachers Union has denied Gov. Scott Walker the time to verify the recall petitions submitted by the unions and liberal left that are trying to oust him. He essentially ruled that the Recall was inevitable and that we should not waste time actually verifying signatures.
.
.
..
.
We have been telling you that we are worried that this will not be a fair fight and that the unions and liberal bureaucracy will stop at nothing to get their way, save their sweetheart deals, and oust Gov. Walker.
.
When they do not have the facts on their side, the only way that they can beat us is based on lies and interfering with the process.
.
Our fears are becoming reality and we are facing an unfair fight where the rules are against us. We are going to need all your support, energy and passion to win a battle where the deck is stacked against us.
It is unbelievable that a democratic appointed judge and friend of the unions would deny the opportunity for all the the Recall petitions to be verified. Don't forget that these are the same petitions that we have already identified fraud and signatories such as "Mickey Mouse" and "Adolf Hitler".
.
The Tea Party Express not only helps elect conservatives, but also defends them when they make difficult, but courageous decisions. Join the Tea Party Express and send the union bosses and Obama a message: We the People will NOT be bullied and we will NOT be silenced! We are here to fight for our country and defend the principles she was founded on!

And the GOP won't do a thing to help.
Conservatives are the antithesis to the Republican party leaders.
That's why it is up to us, Conservatives and the TPM to do something about this.

Pro-Walker signature verification effort needs your help this weekend
As I reported the other day, petition signature checkers supporting Gov. Scott Walker are on track to identify between 100,000-200,000 invalid signatures on recall petitions. That number does not even include duplicate signatures, and we know that duplicates are a big problem. Supporters of Gov. Walker, however, need more time to go through the approximately 1 million signatures, and quite unbelievably, a judge in Wisconsin just denied a request for two extra weeks, even though that still would have kept the recall process within the statutory time period: A judge has denied Gov. Scott Walkers request for a two-week extension to review...

Did Wisconsins Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs cut a secret access deal with one of Madisons most infamous protesters? Thats the question being asked after one of our reporters caught an interesting conversation at the Wisconsin Capitol. While the rally was in violation of the policy governing access to state facilities, it appears protesters may have established an understanding with Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs. As he was speaking to veteran protester Miles Kristan about their understanding, the chief asked our reporter to leave. You told me you were going to help me with this, Tubbs is overheard saying to...

Obama and his campaign masterminds in Chicago are using the Recall against Gov. Walker in Wisconsin to ensure Obamas re-election victory! Tea Party Express has been keeping you informed about the Obama Campaigns covert strategy - it is a dangerous plan that aims to silence conservatives, while promoting Obamas extreme liberal agenda, and it unfolds in front of us today. . . The White House has announced that Obama will be making a taxpayer-funded campaign trip to Wisconsin where he will take credit for Walkers success in growing the states economy. He will probably go even further since his...

Yes he should be removed, and every other activist judge that does not rule strictly according to the Constitution.
Unfortunately in this day and political age it is easier to remove a Conservative from a political position by hanging a gang of false charges on him/her, then it is to remove a proven corrupt leftist political operative at any level.

Wonder how many times the judge’s signature appears on the petition?

I think every signature should be counted...oh wait, that only qualifies for votes in democrat attempts to undermine the system.
I am sick and tired of these lefty judges always supporting the lefty case. Well, if there is a recall election, go back and stick it up their combined backsides and win it. In fact, what is the law for removing judges? Stop being Mr. nice guy, when you get the power remove the opposition, the dems have no problem doing that.
If the GOP indeed does not come to the aid of Gov Walker here, they have to go too, either the RINOs or take out the party in toto as something useless.

I have been entering signatures online today for Verify The Recall and working on verifying them at the local RNC Center in the evenings. (Work full time in the day). It does feel like we are trying to swim upstream against evil politicians and judges. But I refuse to give up until the fat lady sings.

Now, I know that I have a minority opinion here, but we should not get out knickers in a twist over this.
They have twice as many signatures as they need. Unless 50% are fraudulent (and if the fraud rate were 50% on the ones already checked, we would have heard bout it), there is going to be a recall.
Why do we want to fight a protracted battle with the RATs only to have them win?
Our strategy for the recall should be “bring it on, the sooner the better.”
We know who our candidate is, the Dems still have to sort that out. The polls are in our favor, we want the election soon. Time can only work against us.
Walker needs to drop all objections and get moving. Take the highest projected fraud rate he can find in the signatures released to him, and make a campaign issue of of that.
His reforms are already working. Campaign on the victories so far and hit them hard.

They have twice as many signatures as they need. I don't think that is true, (or why would they insist that Mickey Mouse and Hitler remain as valid signatures?) put up some stats if you are confident of your statement.

One thing I learned from participating in Operation Chaos in Texas is that even the powerful, much-feared Clinton Machine wasn’t prepared for the Obama Machine’s legal maneuvering at the caucuses. They simply had no idea what hit them. So if the Clinton Machine didn’t see it coming, I don’t expect the GOP-e to see it either.
Here is one small example:
The Obama campaign filed such a large number of legal challenges to Clinton delegates at my Senatorial District caucus that it would have taken the caucus attendees until midnight to review and resolve the challenges before beginning the actual caucus. (We arrived at 8:00 AM on a Saturday.) The Clinton campaign had filed legal challenges only to obviously fraudulent Obama delegates. So their number of challenges was much smaller. I think the ratio was 4 challenges by Obama to every 1 by Clinton.
In order to move the caucus forward and not keep a thousand delegates and alternates until well into the morning hours of the next day (Sunday,) the Obama legal team offered a settlement to the Clinton legal team. Obama would accept 50% of the delegate challenges as valid if the Clinton campaign would do the same. The Clinton campaign agreed. So Hillary ended up losing far more delegates than Obama.
And guess what happened when there weren’t enough Clinton delegates and alternates to fill the number of delegte spots allocated to Clinton for a particular precinct? The Obama alternates got to fill those spots. And of course they voted for Obama instead of Clinton once the caucus began.

I don't think that is true, (or why would they insist that Mickey Mouse and Hitler remain as valid signatures?) put up some stats if you are confident of your statement. Try reading at this link: http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/18/us-recall-wisconsin-idUSTRE81H03X20120218
" Recall organizers needed to collect 540,208 valid signatures to force a recall of the governor."
"According to the motion Walker's lawyers filed with the court, the campaign has examined about 25 percent of the petition pages and have found problems with up to 20 percent of them."
"At that rate, given the estimated one million signatures, Walker's campaign would not have enough challenges to thwart a recall election."
They really don't have a prayer of invalidating enough signatures to prevent a recall.
So,what do you do when the Philistines are massing their armies near your encampment? Why, you gird up your loins and prepare for battle. Right now we are in a better position than they are, take advantage of it.
