Dear Loyal Supporters of Gov. Scott Walker,
.
You are not going to believe this one!
.
A Democratic appointed judge that was supported by AFL-CIO South Federation of Labor and the Madison Teachers Union has denied Gov. Scott Walker the time to verify the recall petitions submitted by the unions and liberal left that are trying to oust him. He essentially ruled that the Recall was inevitable and that we should not waste time actually verifying signatures.
.
.
..
.
We have been telling you that we are worried that this will not be a fair fight and that the unions and liberal bureaucracy will stop at nothing to get their way, save their sweetheart deals, and oust Gov. Walker.
.
When they do not have the facts on their side, the only way that they can beat us is based on lies and interfering with the process.
.
Our fears are becoming reality and we are facing an unfair fight where the rules are against us. We are going to need all your support, energy and passion to win a battle where the deck is stacked against us.
It is unbelievable that a democratic appointed judge and friend of the unions would deny the opportunity for all the the Recall petitions to be verified. Don't forget that these are the same petitions that we have already identified fraud and signatories such as "Mickey Mouse" and "Adolf Hitler".
.
The Tea Party Express not only helps elect conservatives, but also defends them when they make difficult, but courageous decisions. Join the Tea Party Express and send the union bosses and Obama a message: We the People will NOT be bullied and we will NOT be silenced! We are here to fight for our country and defend the principles she was founded on!

The crooks are up to their old tricks.
This is one of the most important political issues on the scene at this time.
Obama and the Chicago Crime & Thug Political Union Machine is involved up to their eyeballs.
Obama even recently was in the area taking credit for all the things that Governor Walker has done to improve the economy that Present Obama has been working relentlessly to destroy.

Just like I said ... Obama will use rules and legal challenges to control the recall process.

Snot this judge have recused himself from this case? I believe Governor Walker has a good case to appeal this decision. My prayers are with Governor Walker.

It appears the ‘RAT “judge” thinks that the recall must go on even if it has been corrupted by the communist ‘RATS and their union thugs.

Oh yea SOP.
They counted the votes for the diaper clad SNL candidate over and over until they “found” enough for Franken to be ahead. And then stopped counting.
Cheating is a way of life for leftist.

What does it take to impeach and remove a judge who does not know and will not apply the law?
There is obvious room for appeal here, and any recall election should be suspended until this point is cleared up. To be valid, the “recall petitions” MUST be verified, otherwise they are so many scraps of paper, with no more meaning than discarded McDonald wrappers.

Find a judge who is not on the union payroll. Surely there must be one in WI.
To: Syncro
Appeal the decision and keep kicking it up (stated by a non-attorney who has no idea whether or not this is possible).
To: Syncro
It will be inevitable when the process is proven to be legal, and the requirements are met.
It is this judge’s duty to ensure that laws and regulations are adhered to in a legal manner.
He should thus be removed from his position. This has become political rather than legal, and he has disqualified himself.

Newt Gingrich Robert Yates, aka "Brutus" is right about the out of control, over reaching, corrupt judiciary.
One of the fatal flaws of the Constitution, State or Federal.
(Speaking of Supreme Court Justices)...they have made the judges independent, in the fullest sense of the word. There is no power above them to control any of their decisions. There is no authority that can remove them, and they cannot be controlled by the laws of the legislature. In short, they are independent of the people, of the legislature, and of every power under heaven. Men placed in this situation will generally soon feel independent of heaven itself.-- "Brutus" XV Anti-Federalist Papers
Since this is a State matter, may a reasonable Appellate Court slam this decision and presumption. Unfortunately more Justices each day have become "independent" of heaven.

Walkers campaign argued it had only reviewed 330,000 of the roughly 1 million signatures and couldnt get through all of them by the Feb. 27 deadline.
Please volunteer for a few hours via the link in the article.
