Presidential candidate Mitt Romney responds to Sarah Palin saying she is not convinced he is a conservative during his appearance on Wednesday's "FOX & Friends."
"Well we should probably spend some time with Sarah Palin, although she is hard to find. She's on your show all the time," Romney said.
"I'm not quite sure what she'd be referring to. I'm pro-life, pro-traditional marriage. I believe in the second amendment. As governor, I balanced the budget every year I was in office. Put in place a $2 million rainy-day fund. Cut taxes 19 times," he also said.

Sorry for the caps ... it was not on purpose. Obviously I was not looking at the screen as I typed this.
I pray God helps America return to sound budget restraints, stopping spending, and keeping our defense forces, and nuclear weapons in our arsenal, and sets aside many of the socialist, and other negatives of Obamas ridiculous anti- American ideas. etc.
“The lds-org does NOT believe that mankind is a fallen, sinful creature.”
not from mormons i’ve spoken to. they believe that mankind was in a fallen state from which it was redeemed by the Saviour’s atonement.
And that’s the problem with Mitt. It’s not that he’s clueless; it’s that he’s a serial liar.
Exactly correct. You cannot articulate what you do not know or practice. In Mittens’ case, he’s a strike out on both knowledge and practice. Sarah nailed him.
“it started out as a wart on my ass”
The lds-org does NOT believe that humans are sinful at birth and are fallen.
But, there is plenty of doublespeak here, if you can stand it:
From:
http://lds.about.com/od/basicsgospelprinciples/a/original_sin.htm
President Joseph Fielding Smith, tenth president of the Church, said:
“I never speak of the part Eve took in this fall as a sin, nor do I accuse Adam of a sin.... This was a transgression of the law, but not a sin... for it was something that Adam and Eve had to do!”
Doctrines of Salvation, comp. Bruce R. McConkie, 3 vols., Salt Lake City: Bookcraft, 195456, 1:11415. As quoted in: “’The Great Plan of Happiness’,” by Elder Dallin H. Oaks, Ensign, Nov 1993, 72.
And from the same website: “This means that we, Mormons, do not believe in original sin and that babies do not need to be baptized, but are alive in Christ.”
RomneyCare = 0bamaCare = Socialism <> Conservatism.
Duh.
It’s a little off subject, but what is it about Kirtland and religious cults? I’m not the equating Mormons with the Lundgrens, but it’s still a bit odd.
He ought to be able to get elected now with Teddy gone.
That way he can see how that "moderate" crap goes over with the communist crew the donks have now.
.
BS. If the voters were so liberal, how did he get to become governor? THINK!
The only aspect of the Second Amendment that Mittens supports is the part that addresses “goin’ huntin’”
Anybody who doesn’t know that this guy is full of it is full of it themselves
He forgot to add the cost of Healthcare skyrocketed.
AMEN BROTHER, AMEN!
Here’s part of Romney’s record in MA, up close and personal:
http://www.mass.gov/dor/docs/dor/health-care/2011/hc.pdf
That’s the 3 page health care (insurance) form that’s filed with MA state income tax returns.
Here’s the link for the instructions:
http://www.mass.gov/dor/docs/dor/health-care/2011/hc-instr.pdf
Someone with more time than I, and more stomach for listening to Romney’s blather, could probably use those documents to find lots of lies in his claims about how great his health care plan is.
Lundgren was born in Missouri and grew up as a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (RLDS Church).
So he is or was a ‘Prophet” and memeber of the RLDS. Kirtland was home of the Mormon Church when they where first run out of New York.
