I see. We can’t secure the border but we can send armed troops to stop an Amish farmer from selling fresh milk.
Right.

Buying milk? Not a personal choice. You cannot spend your money on this -- the government says so.
Abortion? Birth control? Not a personal choice. You must spend money for these things -- the government says so.
Such is the tyranny under which we now live.

Not one mention of any illness caused by this milk.
I abhor the government wielding power just because it can.
Raw milk can be problematic, but it’s being sold across this nation. Has there been major problems? Not generally. If done properly, it’s okay.
You’ve got some dumb-ass judge and some pencil pushing power hungry government lackeys, trying to rule the peons here.

Feds shut down motherhood for illegal breastfeeding.
My mother was raised on raw milk from her cow Jenny and others. She`s 93.
My great uncle used to milk our nanny goat. He lived to be 98.
Raw milk is legal in Vermont.

Shut down the Amish farms and the Amish yutes will be roaming the city streets looking for elderly white people to rob and beat up and flash mobbing convenience stores to loot them! This is crazy!

Gov’t should say out of this.
That being said anyone drinking unpasteurized milk is a fool.
35 people in 4 states got sick last week from milk from a farm in PA.
Unpasteurized milk you get the germs for free.I value my kidney’s I guess.
To: Red Badger
we got swat teams raiding peoples homes for small personal amounts of pot.
we got swat teams raiding peoples homes for making their own liquor.
we got swat teams raiding peoples homes for possessing tax free cigarettes.
we got swat teams raiding peoples homes just because they can.
and now, they are raiding peoples homes for fresh, unpasteurized milk.
the war on drugs, the war on alcohol, the war on tobacco, and now the war on milk.
this is why I left the conservative movement, and became a small l libertarian. The constitution, as written, is the only way out of this madness.

Income tax records allow the government to go after those selling illegally. It never was illegal to own or use alcohol under prohibition but it was illegal to sell UNTAXED alcohol.
