Yesterday, NewsBuster Kyle Drennen detailed how NBC Today co-host Ann Curry fretted about the latest Kennedy scandal's impact on Caroline Kennedy. "What about Caroline, who is still alive?" she asked John F. Kennedy mistress Mimi Alford.
Last night on Fox Chicago News, anchor Bob Sirott picked up on the same theme in his "One More Thing" opinion segment:
"I wonder if she (Alford) feels guilty now about how President Kennedy's only living child Caroline might feel about her story?"

Not to mention how the Palin kids must have felt (still feel) about seeing their mother heaped upon with relentless hate and vitriol.
Well, this recent revelation is more evidence that Kennedy played his close associates as suckers.
Probably about the same as Chelsea Clinton felt about her mother’s HINO’s philandering.

Where was the father's guilt for sleeping around, committing adultery, etc.? Since the father is a Liberal Icon (of course...he was a Democrat), they are concerned that DECENT COMMON SENSE PEOPLE won't vote for her when she runs for Public Office, due to "Sins of the father"???
Just as in Clinton's case, "it was only sex", in Gingrich's case, it's BLASPHEMOUS and SHOCKING!

Seems to me Caroline should know by now her father was a womanizer, so this revelation shouldn’t be shocking.
All this constant fawning and fretting over the Kennedys is ridiculous. Despite media assertions, they are not gods or saints. Time for them to buck up on their own without protection from the leftist media.

When Caroline Kennedy was a young girl - the media adored protected her and John-John. Everything she endured was brought about by the Kennedys themselves. Now that this ‘third party’ book comes out Caroline is grown woman.
The Palin children were innocents, and still are young and impressionable. They were not spared from a vicious lying media which is probably why Sarah decided not to run for POTUS. The Palin children have been through the fires of hell - not of their own choosing.
JFK himself didn’t seem to care much about the impact of the affair on Alford or Caroline, otherwise he would’ve kept it in his pants, so why should I care how Caroline feels?
Similarly, I wonder if Mary Jo Kopechne’s family feel guilty that she ruined Fat Ted’s presidential aspirations.
