Eric Holder is about to step into a hornet’s nest. Chairman Darrell Issa and his GOP colleagues on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are demanding FULL disclosure over the role Holder and his Department of Justice (DOJ) cohorts played in the deadly Fast and Furious gun-walking operation.
“Fast and Furious” certainly does not describe the DOJ’s response to their congressional subpoenas!
In fact, Representative Issa is livid over the DOJ’s slowness and lack of response, deception, and potential cover-up activities during the investigation.
Yesterday, in a four page letter, Chairman Issa threatened to proceed with charging Eric Holder with “Contempt of Congress” if his DOJ fails to comply with congressional subpoenas for documentation regarding Fast and Furious by February 9th.
In the DOJ’s most recent disclosure, which took almost a year for Issa to obtain, e-mails seemed to indicate that Holder misled Congress about his knowledge of the death of Border Agent Brian Terry.
Chairman Issa recently declared that the Department of Justice “has blood on their hands” in the death of the Agent Terry and an untold number of Mexican citizens.
Issa has also labeled Holder a “hostile witness.”
Sadly, as I am sure you now know, Fast and Furious is just one instance of gross mismanagement that justifies our call for Eric Holder’s forced resignation, firing, or impeachment!

Other things are building as well. There’s room for alot to happen yet.
They are not a slick enough outfit in my opinion to keep swatting all the flies down without slipping up. They are phony, and liars and posers. Great will be their destruction.

Issa: Were all the Hispanics that died from your policies be an indication of your racism?
1) Demand formally that a special prosecutor be assigned.
2) vote on a resolution or make a recommendation to Congress that he be asked to resign.
3) Hold him in contempt of Congress.
They have been holding hearings for months now on this and nothing has come been resolved and it appears nothing will be.

I had to back it up twice and turn up the volume to hear it, as he was mumbling. I do recall seeing that before, but missed the mumbled words, but that does confirm what he said.
That's a thought. That request has to be made to the President or the Attorney General.

Issa has said he would do that and set a deadline of Feb. 9th for Holder to turn over the requested documents. I guess we will all have to wait and see what happens between now and the 9th. Citing Holder for contempt may not mean a slamdunk conviction though...

Hate to burst your bubble Huan, but Holder is half white! So is your president. I used to respect your opinions even if I disagreed with them, but now you are showing your racist colors you've been keeping hidden. You can just go piss up a rope and so can Fox News if they don't take you to task for your blatant racist statement.

None of the above are treasonous as defined in the Constitution. However, such offenses are clearly defined as illegal acts in US Code.
Holder should be charged with "dereliction of duty", "perjury" to Congress, and possibly "RICO Act" with his part in the "Fast&Furious" matter.
It WILL come out that he knew about the gun-running to Mexico under his watch. Issa is a determined bulldog. I've watched him for years. He and Inhofe and Rohrabacher have always lead the way. All 3 have much impact on Congress.
All on these F&F threads who say nothing will come of it and that Issa is just playing the game are wrong! Issa is slowly and wisely building a case. Stand by...I believe you will be surprised. So will the MSM when the SHTF.
Case in point: The usually moderate Juan Williams is already playing the race card, which is always the last defense when liberals get scared.
I predict that this could be the downfall of obambi and company next November. Remember, the MSM is dying and Web news is building.
