Perry is nearly perfect with regards to his gun record.
That is a plus for Rick Perry.
"...As Governor of Texas for a decade, Rick Perry has shown himself to be a tough defender of the right to keep and bear arms.
In his private life, Gov. Perry carries concealed and knows how to use his weapon. While jogging with his dog last year, he used his .380 Ruger to shoot and kill a cayotte [sic] that was menacing his pet.
Don't attack my dog or you might get shot ... if you're a coyote, he told the Associated Press.
As for his public record, Gov. Perry has a near-perfect gun record, having signed dozens of pro-gun bills into law. Heres his record as governor:"
Yes and he can always target uncooperative Democrats.
Even on this thread, the spam is hitting the Keywords.
WOW! You're pretty good!
Thanks for noticing, Hoc...

He should have spoken up earlier on the 2nd Amendment. He has essentially been eliminated from the contest at this point. People think he won’t secure the border, whether he would or not.
Excellent information on Perry’s 2nd Amendment record.
Thanks for posting!
Right.
Like that would have made a difference with folks who get their feelings hurt over an artless comment.
Sorry. But I don't believe you've got it right:
1. Perry's stance on the 2nd amendment has been clear from like, forever...No one on the stage is stronger or has a clearer record;
2. Those who've decided to be against him have generally been against him for some relatively vain reasons...because he's not for amnesty, he's not pro-illegal, he's more conservative (with an actual record to prove it) than anyone on the stage, he's pro-2nd amendment, etc., etc., etc...
So anyone who's truly interested can look all that up. To make an OPPOSITE case (not a difference in opinion) is specious.
He ain't a liberal, he ain't a RINO, and he ain't anything like Obama.
Anyhoo...if he's been "eliminated from the contest", as you say...it's not because of who he is, his stances or his policies.
And that's a damn shame.
Well, he’s one-for-one on coyotes!
Bang !
You’re a Santorum supporter? Interesting, because most people who come to spam on Perry threads are Cain supporters.
I didn’t know people could do that ... just found out. Go on someone else’s post and add keywords.
That ain’t right, mods. Hello?????
IF you'd rather NOT be pinged FReepmail me.
IF you'd like to be added FReepmail me. Thanks.

At this point, Governor Perry...debate performance besides the fact....is the best and most sane choice we have. It’s a
shame that he has virtually been eliminated by the powers
that be who truly fear his conservative policies.
We’ll be stuck with another RINO or ~~shudder~~Hobamanation.
When will we learn to support the best, not necessarily the
most polished, candidate!
LOL...Perry will win the whole thang...60% are waiting for Perry...those and others will shift when the time is right.
He’s generally has a very good record, but just like the straw man in the wizard of Oz, if he only had a brain. That being said, maybe an ad blitz could save him. Or perhaps a brain transplant from Paul Ryan.
“It’d be nice to have someone who not only knows guns and the gun culture, but supports it and has a record of doing so.”
Too bad he coddles Illegals, or I might support him.
It’d be nice to have someone who not only supports gun and has a record of doing so, but does so besides the fact he has to in order to get elected in a super Republican state.
Only in your delusional minds. I haven't endorsed Cain either. Not my problem you guys put your fingers in your ears and go "lalala I can't hear you!!!" whenever someone doesn't fit your "purist Cain supporter" sterotype.
