The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.
The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

It demonstrates to the rest of the country who these "people" really are.
So when the poo hits the fan will you let me borrow enough land to park my 23 foot camper by your lake?
I’ll flash my FReeper Id card and bake you cookies....
“Dont the owners of the private park have a say?”
I think the zucottis are liberal nutbags that set themselves up when they first “encouraged” the OWS actions. If that is true, maybe they deserve what they are getting.—Unfortunately, the bystanders, businesses and real live workers do not.
The courts doing one thing right will never off set all the damage they and the politicians have done as far as property rights are concerned.
Think about it, do you or anyone you know ever think to ask the owner of timber land if it is all right for you to hunt or fish on that land? How about camping and camp fires? People totally disregard land owners rights.
You ought to see my liability insurance bill for property we hold. And do you know who pays that bill? You and everyone else that uses any kind of US wood product.
Disgusting.
thats my thought as well..

or die protecting it and protesting injustices to you as a free person.......
wow~!
I want a court order saying its OK for some laws that I WANT TO disobey!
How can I get me one? (I assume it would involve a large donation to an Obama democrat)
I don’t remember that. The cops stood around while the protestors got very excited that someone was noticing them. Then they spent a lot of time Tweeting and shouting pointless things.
No, they've been bought and paid for by Obama: Free Republic article:
Corporation that owns Zuccotti "Protester" Park Wins $168 Million Loan Guarantee from Obama DOE!
Interesting info, mass55th. Thanks for this link (below):
Corporation that owns Zuccotti "Protester" Park Wins $168 Million Loan Guarantee from Obama DOE!
Let the public see more~!!
I want this idiots on the news EVERY NIGHT so we can associate them with DEMOCRAPS
Thank GOD~! for Fox News and the Internet- if not for them we would be seeing ONLY the well-spoken, articulate, and photogenic ‘protesters’ amid a wide screen shot of the wonderful ‘workers’ just trying to create their paradise
But thanks to them we see the stupid and moronics demands of the useful idiots
WHO IS PAYING THESE PEOPLE!?!?! ARE THEY COLLECTING A PAYCHECK TO ‘PROTEST’? DONT THEY HAVE JOBS OR FAMILIES OR HOMES TO GO TO?
Cookies will get you access anytime! :)
Make sure you have a pro obama bumper sticker on that RV and you're good to go!
Good point, but one clarification: in New York, the "Supreme Court" is actually a low-level court, the trial court in most cases. So, the city (and the property owner, presumably) likely have numerous levels of appeals before this order is ever enforced.
Residents say poor sanitary conditions, loud noise from round-the-clock drumming sessions and rowdy drug-fueled parties have made their lives a living nightmare. And, they said, the movement was killing their businesses.
We close our gate at night time and they move their bowels all over the gate, our gate, you know what I mean? one business owner said. They pee all over the back of the store. They are not nice. They push customers.
A lot of waste is being dumped behind my alleyway where I dump the garbage, another owner said, reiterating the waste he was witnessing was indeed human waste.
As long as the protesters are here, our businesses are threatened, another man said. I dont know how much longer we will be able to hold on...."
But, but the protestors are all young, beautiful and full of energy and hope!
The pigs (the police and the mayor) are old and ugly and full of spite and bitterness, jealousy of the young and they are mean and nasty.
Of course an AMERICAN JUDGE of the year 2011, in our morally advanced era, where we see how good gay marriage is, and how bad and selfish corporations are, and how good drummers drumming are, and how handsome, romantic and charming Che Guevara was, will decide for HOPE, for the BEAUTIFUL AND YOUNG.
Isn’t this a matter of rights? I understand Zuccotti Park is a private park, but how about all those public parks taken over by the filthy wretches who call themselves occupiers? Don’t other citizens have the right to visit public parks without being assaulted by human debris? Or being outright denied access to the parks because they’re not one of the so-called protesters i.e. professional whiners?
I make a mean Chocolate Chip, Spiced Oatmeal Raisin and my hubby graces us with Nutmeg Sugar Cookies.
My girls are hard workers and they can shoot. We’ll help with your trespassing problems. ;)
