Good point, but one clarification: in New York, the "Supreme Court" is actually a low-level court, the trial court in most cases. So, the city (and the property owner, presumably) likely have numerous levels of appeals before this order is ever enforced.
I did not know that was the first level court. Hopefully they get the order over turned.
Glad you picked up on my elections have consequences comment because sifting though some of the rhetoric on this board regarding what will happen if some don’t get their candidate as in they don’t vote, I am worried we end up with the community organizer in chief for a second term and the end of the republic as diminished as it is already.
