The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.
The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

Don’t the owners of the private park have a say?
LOL
The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.
They obtained a court? How much did it cost?
LOL! Exactly.
The answer is: not in Obama’s America they don’t.
I have yet to have someone explain the benefit to society of having these people camp out in a park, rape, assault and steal from each other, and wallow in their own filth.
But the park rules can be applied to others. This court just vacated the 14th Amendment.
IIRC, the head guy of the group that owns it is a big Zer0 donor.
Yeah, let’s see how long that ruling stands.
Also, how about telling us the name of the judge who ruled against private property rights in favor of a defecating, raping, polluting mob.
Apparently private property along with protecting private businesses is just a quaint idea from the history books.
Let’s get a group of freepers together, not bathe for a month and go occupy the lobby of the National Lawyers Guild.
That stinks.
That's actually a valid question.
You would think the Health Department would’ve shut it down by now. Guess they have been paid off as well.
This judge is a radical leftist. Almost a parody of a left-wing activist judge. Here’s her bio:

Let's see....Bloomies girlfriend works for the owners
Joe Bidens son works for the owners
Owners got a crapload of Obama $timulus money for a windfarm they also own
So...to answer your question....the owners ARE having their say. They're telling the rest of us to shove it.
Well, they put the B...h on the SC of the state, live with it. Elections have consequences. Think about that when one considers staying home this coming election if they don’t get their way.
You can’t even go in some neighborhood parks in Manhattan unless you live on the block. There’s been stories of arrests and fines for simply playing chess.
How much did it cost? It’s NYC. The democrat party bought and paid for those courts back in the 1800s so no cost, except to the taxpayer.
Probably of the same mindset as the judge that ordered that people SHOULD HAVE TO SEE homeless people defecating in a public park.
